I like that it’s always ready to go, and that preset things based on what choices I’ve made in the past. I’ll like it even more when updated to contrast therapy, and both sauna speakers start working again in the units.

Everything but in particular the customer service experience from Jackie at the sandy springs location. From the very first interaction over the phone, to in person, to scheduling our next visit. Jackie was top notch, she explained everything it was the warmest and best customer service experience I have had in a very long time!
