Was really interested to try it out after a long stressful week at work. Did not disappoint. I really enjoyed it and was surprised how productive I was the rest of the day so it was definitely an invigorating experience. Will go back again, probably sooner than later!

It’s nearly impossible to find infrared sauna and cold plunges in the area. The facility was very new and clean. The private studio design was well thought out.
The front desk staff was as friendly and informative.
Really nice experience. Staff very friendly, Riley was super nice, welcoming and conversational. Rooms were clean and set up ready to go. Relaxing & enjoyable experience and a great way to sweat out the cold/flu season. Will def be back soon

I like the fact that Will is not there anymore. He cheated me out of two sessions and the reason why I came back is because you had new people who treated me with respect her name was Nandy then I find out she’s no longer there I dealt with a young man yesterday, who was a true gentleman in customer service please make sure he never leaves you guys. He was amazing yesterday and my sauna was the cleanest it ever has been and I’ve been coming there for two years

I loved the customer service, the room layout, and the different choices of service. The premises was very cleaned and well maintained, very simple design.
I really enjoyed my experience today, just what I was expecting! Nice and calm relaxing atmosphere, I got to enjoy watching my last episode on Netflix, while sweating. I did hop in and out the cold plunge a few times which was a new experience for me. I really believe that it helps rejuvenate the body. I went ahead and booked me and my partner for Sunday, that way he can always enjoy this experience!
The workers was very professional. The establishment was clean., I love the cold compress, and the fact they offered me a bag to take for my wet clothing.

This was my first time in the staff were extremely friendly and thorough with explaining how everything worked. The rooms in the environment were clean however, the cold plunge that was in my room must not have been cleaned since there was quite a bit of hair in the water as well as what look like lint clogging the water filter.
This will likely not affect my desire to visit in the future however, attention to detail is important to me
