The entire experience was incredible. The sauna was very relaxing, you could listen to your music, have different lighting and temperatures, and everything is very clean. The vitamin C shower was very relaxing. The water was perfect and again everything was clean. And the cold blunt was not what I expected, but it was definitely what my body needed to feel relaxed And after leaving, I feel great, energized, focused, and very relaxed. 10 out of 10.
Nice suites, clean shower, and I love that you guys also include blow dryers!

) Jennie and Adam? ( I might totally be making that up) Were super helpful and accommodating. The place was clean and my sauna connected to the tv audio.

Staff was very friendly. Place was extremely clean. The Wi-Fi on the television that it’s not good. The music kept on cutting off. I also think the session should be maybe 15 minutes longer just so you can change and shower if need be.
It was my second visit at Swthouz Aventura. The ladies were tops A+++. They were very caring, very patient at explaining everything. They are the reason that I came with my son for a second visit. I am planning for a third one next week. Keep the good work Ladies Cassandra and Aubrey, you are the best.

The sauna was amazing. The contrast in the cold was tough but exhilarating.
Amazing experience physically and mentally to leverage the contrast recovery. The sauna helped me clear my head and enjoy a good detox sweat. The shower feels smooth and relaxing and the ice bath was something to conquer. The staff was great about explaining the process and the wall instructions are great reminders. Taking the time to get your breathing dialed in and embracing the cold was my key to staying longer each time in the tub. I choose to do 20 min sauna, plunge, 20 min sauna plunge and then 15 min sauna and plunge so I could keep testing my resolve in the ice bath. Time ramped up from 30 sec to 2.5 minutes as I dialed in my breathing and found a flow vs forcing myself to stay in the tub. The entire day and perhaps 36 hours post session left like I was living with a new mental clarity and physically my body felt incredible, less aches ans soreness and some relief from a lingering neck injury. Energy levels doubled for that period. Overall and incredible experience, I am definitely a believer having had 2 sessions and will be back.
The front desk employees are super nice and informative! The location is so clean and walking into the building felt peaceful. Upon entering the private suite I just knew I was going to have a great, relaxing time.

It was invigorating and relaxing. The suite was well maintained and clean. My daughter was equally excited to use the Dyson dryers after the experience.
Parking was validated, the staff was helpful and informative, and they even provided lavender scented chillled washcloths and flavored sparking water. I have already invited a friend to join me next weekend.

I liked how I was welcomed in and greeted. I loved having my own private suite with the ability to listen to music while I decompressed in the sauna and mentally prepared for the cold plunge. I loved the towel provided, scented with an essential oil of my choice. After the experience, I really appreciated the options for hydration; coconut water was my selection this time.
The cold plunge was a 10/10 the vitamin c shower 10/10 everything about this place was 10/10 I will be back
