Welcoming staff and clean
Staff was pleasant, friendly and informative, without being pushy. The room was clean, and the experience of the sauna and cold plunge was rejuvenating. We thoroughly enjoyed it.
This is a very similar setup I want to start back home and you guys got it down to the tea I would add a hiperbaric chamber or something that separates you from the rest but understand it comes at a price tag.

This place was amazing! I love sauna and have been to several. I saw the advertisement come up in my FB feed and was afraid it was a scam, so I went in person and got a tour.
It owns up to the hype, and the $25 first visit is well worth it. I loved the vitamin C shower and cold water plunge. It was my first one and it was quite invigorating! Very chic and interesting experience overall.

I love the concept and I loved the room size of number 8. I will say that I’m a little worried about returning as I had to asked to switch rooms because the cold plunge water in the first room on the left was extremely
Dirty with hair and skin. I’m so hopeful that my experience will be different when I return. The lady upfront was super nice and apologetic, I was so nervous about asking to switch. Is there a way to request that the tub be cleaned prior to me using the room? Can someone call and explain how I can do that because I would love to return.
First of all the service was A-1 when we arrived. The explanation of the experience before hand was described perfectly. I will definitely be back on a regular schedule. Thanks!
The staff was super sweet and made my first contrast therapy session so peaceful and relaxing. Everything was very clean and I really enjoyed all of the different amenities offered. 10/10 experience!
