All of it! Gorgeous space, super clean and love the built in speakers in the sauna so that you can hear the tv! Just a very relaxing experience for yourself or even a date night with your special person!

I love the whole experience. I feel great from doing the contrast therapy. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Koy. It’s overall well worth it. I’ve already recommended one friend who goes regularly. They could expand their hours at my location, demand is very high

Private room the amenities outside of the room (hair dryers, deodorant), and having all three options, shower, sauna, cold plunge in one room. Lighting control. Also appreciate validated parking.

Was really interested to try it out after a long stressful week at work. Did not disappoint. I really enjoyed it and was surprised how productive I was the rest of the day so it was definitely an invigorating experience. Will go back again, probably sooner than later!
