The privacy, the options available, the cleanliness.
Friendly staff, lovely shower products provided, sauna with infrared setting, red light available free of charge in the "beauty corner" with provided Dyson hair dryers so I didn't have to leave with wet hair. Not to mention the hydration station and little bits like hair ties or shower caps also available if needed. Sauna was the only thing I missed about having a gym membership and this hits the spot without having to share a public space with strangers!

I really enjoyed that I could bring my daughter with me. It was a nice little hour to spend and the sauna and cold plunge felt great (even though I didn’t make it very long in the plunge 😂). We will definitely be coming back!

Great overall experience. The staff is friendly and the place is very clean. They greed you at the door every time and make sure you have everything you need. The setup is excellent, you really can't ask for anything better.
I enjoy the personalize space that you might not get at a traditional gym. High end gyms are costly and sometimes the amenities don’t always work when you want it to. As a father of 3, I appreciate the personal time to detach and calm my mind in a healthy way.
