Great service
I loved how friendly and professional the staff was. I loved the privacy of having a sauna to myself. I was feeling under the weather when I went in and between the vitamin c showers, the cold plunge & the time in sauna I left feeling amazing.
Friendly staff, clean environment, felt great leaving
The installations are amazing, everything was great and I absolutely loved my experience. The staff is truly kind and attentive to serve. However, I did have issues with one of the managers in Aventura, Aniah Moody, she's overly assertive and often comes off as rude when dealing with customers. For instance, today I had my first session after signing up as an unlimited member, and I asked one of the staff members for a water, who kindly explained that the first one is complimentary, while the second one is $4, I told him that I understand, while the manager kept insisting on the same thing he just explained and was being too pushy to make me buy the water. Additionally, when I wanted to get a boxed water, she instead made me get the cheaper, bottled water, even though I'm a paying customer. Some of my friends also go to sweathouz and have had similar issues with her, it really made my experience uncomfortable even though I had a great session.
The area was super clean, definitely signing up for a membership! I think the manager name was Kasandra she was extremely helpful and filled me in on all the options available. She offered me something to drink and introduced me to the staff! So excited to come back

Cassandra and everyone there was very accommodating to my needs being i am disabled and needed some assistance. I've been dealing with alot of chronic pain and pain from a recent accident. The red light for pain was definitely helpful. I do notice a difference w4hrs later. I look fwd to the future n living with less pain

I really enjoyed being in a private space to relax and pamper myself . Sebastian was very hospitable and explained everything in great detail. Being able to Zen out completely was the best part .
I was welcomed by Morgan who did a great job, orienting me to the space and the different elements. I loved the cleanliness and my ability to choose music easily. I will for sure be back!
