We did have to change our time due to a failed cold plunge. Other than that experience was great and staff was amazing. Rooms were clean and well stocked with towels and shampoos. I am not sure if there is a way to hear tv in room not just in sauna, which would be nice. Also your website could use some work especially finding plans to browse. Oh and the log in I couldn’t change my birth year to its proper year but I assume that’s just me.
It was an overall new experience for me, but the privacy and comfort made me feel like a pro. Welcoming team environment who explained every function and benefit to me unrushed. It was a positive overwhelming experience and I’ll do it again
