Amazing experience!! Coming from Knoxville Tennessee we visited sweat houze in SC and had one of the most rejuvenating experiences. The cold plunge was challenging, but the most refreshing and unique experience we have endured. Cycling hot and cold therapy blows away any wellness spa we have been to. The facility was so clean and the ambiance and mood of the private rooms couldn’t have been better. The staff was wonderful, especially Paige who was so sweet, kind and such a pleasure to talk to! We hope to one day see a location open in Knoxville as we will certainly be first in line! I highly recommend sweat houze to anyone and everyone looking for a refreshing and uniquely exhilarating experience unlike any other! Last note…. don’t skip the cold bath!! It’s hard, but we did 2 sets of 5 minutes and all I can say is WOW. It was incredible.

The staff was courteous, kind, informative, friendly, and truly out of this world. Most of all I never got the “ick” feeling we all despise experiencing; the establishment, private rooms, cold plunge area, and ‘get ready area’ was spotless. I was thoroughly impressed and will be returning!! Shoutout to Kate and the entire staff at the Plano, TX location. Y'all are doing EVERYTHING RIGHT!!!

I liked how helpful Auburn was. I appreciate how there was a 50% of the 10 package promotion. That’s honestly why my husband and I were able to purchase it. We loved our experience and curious to see our results long term.

Friendly staff and clean facilities
I loved how attentive the staff was of explaining the procedure and the atmosphere to me. They were very welcoming and I really enjoyed being able to have my own private suite and being able to have that quiet time as a woman who is growing and figuring this thing out that we call life it was such an amazing experience, especially as a college student. This was really appreciated.
I was nervous for the first time. I enjoyed the experience though. Staff was nice. I definitely think next time the cold plunge should go better for me. Man what a feeling that is.

Infrared sauna at Sweathouz is my zen time! I feel so refreshed and amazing afterward. The set-up is great, having my own little room allows for maximum relaxation. The studio is always so clean too.
