Friendly staff. Relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
This was our first experience and we did not know what to expect. My fiancé loves new things so I surprised him for Valentine’s Day. The attendants were welcoming and the room was clean. The service was an hour in which you complete a sauna room, a vitamin C shower and cold plunge, in that order. After a tough HIIT workout, this was perfect. I spent 5 minutes in the plunge which was a first for me. I felt invigorated all day and still feel the positive effects, my skin looks amazing, I feel calming and I didn’t feel the normal fatigue after my workout. This was a very good date experience.
Kassandra and team were amazing. They were super nice and the facilities were immaculate. My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and are very likely to get a membership.

Having access to a shower, cold plunge, and sauna was great. The cold plunge was at a good temperature to get the effects as was th sauna. The shower was great to clean and freshen up between sessions and after.

Thanks for keeping parking free. Hot sauna at arrival. Towels warm and in place. Tv& remote worked. Hair dryer and flat iron available for afterwards. Facilities felt clean.

Went in last week for a trial - and instantly fell in love! Can’t wait to go back when I’m back in town visiting my daughter!
I don’t remember his name, but the worker there really explained everything well. The front end desk man it was very kind and friendly. My experience was also very neat. I like that you guys have a TV so I’m able to educate myself while enjoying the sauna. I did not try the cold plunge. I will do so next time.
