This was first time trying contrast therapy and I must say I felt energized and refreshed after doing the cold plunge, infrared sauna, and the vitamin C shower. The two staff members were amazing, in small talk at the end they even informed us that they were new but we were blown away at their professionalism/helpfulness answering a few questions. We would have guessed they were seasoned employees! They were truly great and made the whole experience next level!!

It’s a great set up! I liked having my private room with a sauna..This was my first time experiencing the cold plunge..It took my body some time to adjust to it but once it did I was hooked!

This was my first experience at SweatHouz, and it was fantastic from start to finish. When I checked in, my significant other was running a little behind, and the staff was incredibly accommodating by rearranging our schedule so we could still enjoy the experience together.
Since it was my first visit, they took the time to explain everything in detail, including what to expect during the session and the health benefits of each service. I really appreciated how knowledgeable and welcoming everyone was.
I had never tried red light therapy, an infrared sauna, or a cold plunge before, and I thoroughly enjoyed all of it. The cold plunge was something completely new for me, and I was surprised by how much I enjoyed the experience. Overall, the facility was clean, the staff was amazing, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be back!
