Everything. The suite was clean and sanitized. The sauna was amazing. The vitamin C shower was refreshing. The cold bath was great. My skin is soft and my body don’t ache anymore. I have to book another session. Thank you SWEATHOUZ for your services.

Maybe have speakers for the music inside and outside the sauna while your in the cold plunge.

Everything was great! I actually thought the cold plunge was in my own suite so that was the only thing I was disappointed about. Still a good experience. Definitely plan to go back again. Hopefully they extend their weekday hours at some point.

I like that I have a suite to myself (and a guest, if needed). I'm not a fan of public saunas or cold plunges. I also like having the option to watch television or listen to music while relaxing.

We loved the private rooms (we have been to places where the saunas and cold plunges are shared more like a bath house - for the same rate). Very relaxing 60 min to set us up for the day! It’s also nice that you can bring a guest to share it with.

Very clean wonderful experience really enjoyed the cold Line’s first time I was able to stay in five minutes, got back in the sauna then the last 2 1/2 minutes went back into it. It was euphoric, even after going to bed made me feel so wonderful.

The cold plunge was a surprising aspect to my experience. Not that heh didn’t offer it, but because i liked it the most! never thought i’d like something like that.
