I had an amazing experience, each time I came out relaxed, feeling like a new person. Setup my meditation when I get there and my favorite is the 2.0 location when everything is in the same suite. I was able to get more out of my experience the days I could go in and out of the sauna and cold plunge multiple times.

Sweathouz has helped me recover quickly from doing CrossFit workouts and working hard labor it's been a game changer for me.
The customer service was top-tier. The two young ladies who assisted me were friendly and gave me a fantastic first-time experience. I also enjoy how clean and inviting my suite was. Being able to watch a show or listen to my own playlist made the experience even better. Being able to customize my environment was a huge plus.

Great team at the Roswell location. From check in, to clean suites, a friendly and helpful group of staff at all times. I have referred a few people and everyone has enjoyed it.

Vivian, Kate, and Basee are always so warm and welcoming. They are anticipatory in their service, which is a high level of customer service. The studio and suites are always super clean!

Absolute great experience form the customer service to the private suite and personal shower. There are blue tooth speakers and you can hop back and forth between the ice bath to the sauna for a truly therapeutic experience. I will be back
