Molly was extremely nice and very informative. She took time and care to walk me through the experience and checked on me when my session was over.
The space was clean and I LOVE the privacy having my own room for my treatment. Also, after just one session my energy level was super high for the entire day and my body was less sore.
It’s a nice personal experience that you can use at your liking. However, please get better towels. They are like sand paper and the size for a small child.
It was great, although the small, wooden cold plunge bath at the West Village location is way worse than the tub. Y’all should fix that.

nice hot water in shower, receptionist put on great sound channel, lighting, ability to control temp and lighting in sauna, water dispenser in common area, next session spécial offer. :)

I loved the fact that I had a private room all to myself! I had the opportunity to breathe and relax in my own space, and watch some tv. It was such a luxurious and peaceful experience.

The entire experience from start to finish was amazing. Kas and her team are incredible and they really make us feel welcomed. The amenities are always clean and in good condition. I always look forward to coming here. The Aventura location is amazing!
I loved it so much! Me and my friend went to try it and it was an amazing experience. I tried the cold plunge for the first time and it was so funny cause I couldn’t last long but it felt so good. The staff was amazing. I loved the tv so I was able to but on YouTube music while I went back and forth. I would absolutely get a membership and go every week but it’s just a little too pricey for me. I will definitely be back again though!
I enjoyed the treatment and the facilities. My body feels much better after doing the hot and cold therapy.
Great staff and a very clean facility. Sauna and cold plunge were great and to top it off the vitamin C shower was awesome. Definitely will be back.

Staff was friendly and had suite ready on my arrival.
I really like the idea of having a private suite. Adding a small TV would be great for entertainment while relaxing in the red light sauna. Also, including a clock to keep an eye on the time would be helpful.The only downside for me was the shower water pressureare very low.
