The customer service was superb. Christopher answered all of my questions over the phone and helped me book a larger sauna for me and 2 friends. It was seamless and we had a fantastic sauna and cold plunge. Super relaxing and rejuvenating. We will definitely be going back soon!

Minor issue I have is that this location is extremely popular and harder than other locations to get a time.
The option of being able to be in the same room as my sister. We were able to share the experience.
Loved the infrared sauna
I liked how there was a decent sauna and shower setup well in the room. I would have liked it if the cold plunge was in the same room as the sauna. And if there were also float setups available as well. But overall the sauna and shower room was very comfortable and well maintained.
Staff was very nice and accommodating. We'll probably be back.

I like how much thought was put into the whole experience, from the small things like hair ties in the sauna room, scented towels and bags to put our wet clothes in— to the big things like the overall design of the spaces. It was a special experience and wee look forward to redeeming our sessions (that we purchased shortly after our intro session)
