I like the Sandy Springs and the Midtown locations so far. There was nothing wrong with the staff at Vinings, the location is just too small. I felt rushed simply due to the physical size of the building. There’s no real place to get ready after you’re finished your session, and there’s no lobby to get out of others’ way.
Very clean and orderly.. loved it start to finish. Oversized tub was a lovely suprise. Even the soap in the shower had me feeling like a spa day..

Each room had a cold plunge in the room. It made doing contrast therapy very easy since I didn’t have to wait on someone else using the cold tub
