Things to improve on.
Your towels are terrible. Rough like sandpaper to the touch and small like for a teenager, not an adult. Also, the rooms are not consistent with water temps in cold plunge or showers.
Als the towels hide old hair in them from other people. You need a new towel company IMO that holds to higher standards.
Fully enclosed suites without a need to move between stations, really made the experience. Will definitely be returning. Suite was clean and our first interaction with staff was immensely helpfulz

We had an awesome time. I surprised my wife and took her for date night. It seemed like a great idea different from the usual restaurant date night and she loved it. It was a really nice experience Kate walked us through the whole deal because it was new for us and she answered all our questions. We were very happy with the service and loved the experience. We definitely want to go back.

I genuinely enjoyed my experience at SweatHouz. I’m someone who needs time to process decisions so becoming a member right away is not something I was comfortable with… HOWEVER, the service was impeccable and I would highly recommend ANYONE to try this and make the decision whether you can invest in this experience. It feels very personalized and is uniquely tailored to your needs.
