Always ready for me and always clean! Being dirty is the number one reason I would cancel my membership, but it is always lovely! You might bleach some of the grout in the showers. Thanks for mostly remembering how I like my setup. It is very welcoming when it is right.

Location was easy to get to and there was ample parking. The staff were tremendously friendly and personable. Facilities were clean and tidy and felt private without being cramped. Overall the experience was both therapeutic and enjoyable. My only criticism/concern is lack of mats on a concrete floor that gets very wet. It creates a potentially harmful situation. Otherwise I look forward to my next visit. Thank you.

The was a good experience. The only issue was strings of hair was left in the shower.
The girls at the front desk were extremely professional and informative about the benefits of the session and the proper protocols. As a former professional athlete it was nice to hear how knowledgeable they were. Additionally, although it was my first time there they made me and my lady feel extremely welcomed
