It was fairly straightforward and the staff were super helpful for my first time there. Going into the cold water - wow! That was intense! Definitely not prepared for that, and yet it was my favorite part of the experience. I’ll be going back for sure 😀

Everything… from the sauna to the shower to the cold plunge!!! It was amazing! Walking into SWTHOUZ the customer service was top tier, even with someone else walking in shortly after she gave superior her name escapes me because I am not good with names, but so happy for the hospitality and the knowledge she provided that I scheduled another appointment and told two of my friends about SH. I hope they mean it when they say they are coming. Thank you

Staff were so great! Love the privacy of the rooms and amenities provided. They were sold out of water bottles and didn’t have cups- so I brought in a reusable one from my car and one of the guys legit cleaned it for me first so I could use their water dispenser- above and beyond customer service so thank you!!!

The look and the service
The place was very clean and lovely looking. The staff was friendly and answered all questions. The water temperature was perfect. The sauna was perfect without over sweating! Overall, we had a grand time! Definitely be back.
