It was great. The sauna controls and shower were easy to use, and the cold plunge was intense. Big plus for the TV in the sauna. Very relaxing environment

The atmosphere and how good I feel/sleep after sauna/cold plunge. I also like how thoughtful the amenities are (hair ties, doe, hairdryer, bag for wet clothes).

The reason i gave 9 instead of 10 is because honestly i don't think any of my friends/family could handle it. I wasn't too ready for the cold water myself though.

The front desk person was really helpful, especially since it was my first time there and i had many questions and was a little nervous. She was very easy to talk to, which i appreciated. My email receipt says Kenzie? hopefully that's her!
