The saunas are spacious and high quality, and I absolutely love the vitamin C shower and the products provided. The hospitality from the staff is truly amazing- everyone is so welcoming and attentive. I’ve already referred a few friends because I’ve had such a great experience. The cold plunge is fantastic too, even though it’s a bit small for my liking, and I’m excited to hear that another one is coming. I always feel so good afterward!
I loved everything about the experience! It was just what I had been searching for. I am grateful that Billie shared her experience with me, which encouraged me to check it out. I also love your flexibility; arriving that early was helpful for our family schedule. Additionally, Paris was very welcoming and helped me become familiar with everything so quickly that it felt like a retreat, filled with peace and purpose! I hope my other friends will have a chance to drop in and experience this too!
The two hours I spent at SweatHouz felt like a three-day vacation. I let go of stress, felt energized, and my headache disappeared. Everything is thought out down to the smallest detail, for the pleasure and convenience of the visitors. I highly recommend this place to anyone who can't often afford a real vacation.

The staff at SWTHZ Krog is the absolute best! They are so friendly, courteous, and great at what they do. You can tell they truly enjoy connecting with members and providing the best possible experience. Special shoutout to Rita, MC, Layna, Kaitlyn, & Ruth. Truly a top tier staff and I appreciate all that they do!
Staff was friendly and engaging. Space was beautiful. The services were so impactful to my health. I struggle to sleep on business trips and this made all the difference! I wish there was one in Seattle!

I like the private sauna. It was just about 30 minutes. More time would be nice. I used a shower cap, it had a large hole that I noticed after shower. Shower temp got up to warm, low water pressure.
I love the experience and concept of privacy. Also the customer service was exceptional. Kasandra was absolutely fantastic. I ended up getting a membership.
The suite is amazing, this is a perfect place to recover, and recharge.
