I loved the private room, and the option to thermal cycle. My only complaint was that someone else’s hair was floating in the cold plunge, which grossed me out a little. Otherwise though, the staff was friendly and helpful and the experience was really relaxing.

I think it’s an experience you have to build up to slowly. I remember my first time doing the cold plunge; it wasn't comfortable. My body went into shock. I was surprised by how cold the water was, but now that I’ve been doing it for close to three-quarters of a year, I find it very comforting and relaxing. It helps with sleep, and it can actually help you lose some weight, so I 100% recommend it to anybody. I suggest that your company keep offering reasonable prices so you can get people used to it.

The sauna rooms are cute/aesthetic and I like that we can watch tv and have the option to change the temperature of the sauna. I like that there is also the shower caps, makeup wipes, and extra towels
