I liked the intro offer and that I could experience both the infrared sauna and cold plunge. I also liked that both were private and showers were available along with some amenities.
Krog street location is by far the cleanest and friendliest of all locations.
I feel very well taken care of at SweatHouz! The staff are kind and think of everything for my comfort. Assistant Manager, Kate, is very accommodating and the consummate professional. The Plano location is modern, clean and allergy-free. I feel refreshed after my sessions knowing that I sweated out toxins and boosted endorphins at the same time. It a total nervous system reset-- and I can feel the far-infrared light/heat penetrating my sore muscles easing tightness. The vitamin C filters on the showers to neutralize tap water chlorine and chloramines are a nice benefit for the skin, hair, and air quality. The whole process boosts my health and well-being.
Wish you could opt for more than an hour. Even 1:15 or 1:30

Feel refreshed when leaving. My only offer for suggestion is to keep both cold plunges operational. Often the white one wasn’t offered due to being under Maintenace.
The private suite is great! The entire experience, including the ladies at the front, was luxury. There was no high pressure sales or pushy conversations about services. The packages and subscriptions were presented after my experience. The suites have everything you need. Jada was very sweet and explained everything. Clean and thoughtfully designed space.

I enjoyed the privacy of the infrared sauna and the amenities provided to make sure I had a comfortable experience (ie: water, towels, shower cap, sandals, wet clothing bag,etc). The vitamin C shower also left my skin noticeably softer.

Clean and modern facility. Suite for two people was very comfortable, private, and had lots of optional ways to customize the experience.
This location gives more towels which is great. The cold plunge was at coldest setting of 48 which was fantastic.

It was so relaxing! I’m a mom of 6 and taking that hour to destress, relax and unwind was everything. I’ve never done a cold plunge before. It. Was. Amazing.
