I liked the privacy and everything conveniently located in one room. The other amenities are no nice as well. My sauna didn't get over 151 degrees and kept back down. I was offered another room and an extra 30 minutes but I didn't have time, but I plan to go back.

Had a great experience at Sweathouz with the sauna plus cold plunge session. The facility was clean, relaxing, and well organized. Marcelono, our host, did an excellent job explaining the process, making us feel comfortable, and patiently answering all our questions. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a refreshing and rejuvenating experience!

Love the new Reno with the cold plunge in the rooms now. You have the best staff! They are always thorough and so kind and accommodating. Started going to this location when it opened and your team is the best, they should train other franchise teams.
My only request would be more hooks or more shelving , floating shelves would work so they don’t have to be moved in order to clean the flooring. Oh one more request, please open a location on John’s Island maybe in the new multi use location on Bohicket.

It was a good área in a way that it validates parking and that it is within the shopping área. The room was spacious and clean with speakers inside the sauna which allowed us to see the tv while being able to listen to it.
Please is nice and clean, always! Just perfect for self care and relaxing time. Only thing what I would like, is cold plunge and sauna in one room.
The suites and amenities blew me away in terms of cleanliness, privacy, and professionalism from the staff. I thoroughly enjoyed both the sauna and cold plunge, and I will absolutely be coming back very soon—with a plus-one as well so they may also experience this
