Everything was great. Need to get used to the cold plunge tub though.

Amazing everything was above expectations

The staff were very polite and helpful, super clean facility, and great amenities
Great experience! We felt great all day!
Friendly staff and services.
I enjoyed the vitamin C shower, but wish that the cold plunge was more adaptable. Meaning I would like to be able to go back-and-forth between cold plunge and hot sauna but I do understand the reason why you can’t do that so the fact that it’s super busy makes me happy but also the fact that I don’t have full access kinda is a turn off
Well designed and well kept facility, loved that all 3 steps sauna cold plunge shower are in same room for privacy and convenience, post treatment area was chic and comfortable, relatively easy parking and parking validation, friendly reception, great service.
I couldn’t believe how relaxing this was!! 10/10 do the cold plunge!!!!! It sucks but it feels so good once you over come the cold! I love that you can go in with a friend or partner too!
I had a wonderful experience, I really loved it, and I really want my own infrared sauna in my house!
The facility is kept very clean and the help is extremely gracious and welcoming. They take extra time to explain how everything works in order to ensure a very comfortable experience! I’ll be coming back, again and again!!

Alex was great. The entire experience was great 10/10 would highly consider getting a membership. I would prefer the rooms to be all together and I’ve seen ads of certain locations where it seems to be more modern.
loved the privacy, vitamin C shower was out of this world and the plunge pool was exceptional! I don’t think there was a single thing I didn’t like
