Terrific experience. I had never done a cold plunge before. And while I did not fully immerse myself in the cold plunge (only up to my waist), it left me feeling invigorated afterwards. I really enjoyed my time and will do it again, for sure.

Representative at the front desk was very knowledgeable and nice. I lived the layout the cold plunge, sauna and shower.
I was able to check In early and it was a seamless transition to my next room for the cold plug. Everything was nice and clean as well!

Super friendly staff! The young lady that helped me explained all the controls, lights, game me and extra towel, and made sure I was set before leaving me in the suite. Excellent service and very friendly too.
Everyone at the Royal Lane location was incredibly friendly and super helpful as it was me and son’s first experience with the sauna and cold plunge. We ended up buying a package because we had such a great experience! I felt amazing afterwards and can only image the benefits of doing this more routinely. Madeline followed up and was awesome to work with!

I personally never leave a review or complete a survey. But the customer service is top notch. The facility is clean and well maintained. The best part, however, was the Vitamin C shower! My skin feels amazing!

Clarity of instruction of what to do, privacy, adjustable needs of sauna. It was a great experience overall. Employees were kind. Sauna was amazing. Nice to have body wash etc in shower and electrolytes and water on deck if I needed them.
What I did not like:
Employees loud talking in the front, hallway. The place isn’t big. I was hoping to have more peace in my mind and head but I heard conversations outside the door the whole time! Defeats part of the purpose. Plus I had room number 1 so I really could hear a lot.
I liked the privacy
I enjoyed the infrared sauna the most.
