Honestly it was really relaxing but also refreshing. I was kind of dragging when I arrived but felt amazing when I left. I’d like a monthly membership but will have to decide if the pricing structure makes sense. Seemed a tick too high.
The guy at the front was incredibly friendly and super accommodating. Showed me around. Then gave me a quick tutorial and let me get to the relaxing.
The sauna was incredible. Took about 10 minutes for the seat to come, but once it did…Wow! The cold plunge was really rejuvenating. After I was done I could feel the endorphins. Can’t wait to go back.
I came in this evening and had the best interaction with Bassey. He shines in presence and personality the moment you walk in. Polite, non-intrusive, explains processes and usage quickly and efficiently. Such a gentle yet professional demeanor. This is the face of how every business should be handeled from start to finish. He and sweat houz, are simply impeccable. Will absolutely be back!
The experience from start to finish was excellent. From the moment we checked in until we checked out, felt very special. My friend had never experienced the studio, so it was nice for her to get such a sweet welcome, tour, and check-in during our appointment. We cannot wait to come back next month.

Please forgive me, but I don't remember the woman's name who checked me in and gave me a tour and instructions. I'm horrible with names, but she was very personable and answered every question I had with confidence. She was very helpful and gave me some very timely efficiency tips. For me the products sell itself, it's always the people are what makes the experience memorable. I loved it so much that I scheduled another appointment.
As far as the sauna and cold plunge itself, this was my first time every doing Contrast Therapy. How I have never done this before is beyond me. I did mine before I went into work. I have to tell you that I felt extremely invigorated throughout the day and I felt my mind was clear as can be. I do highly recommend this if you are on the fence.

I liked the private rooms. I liked that I was able to cold plunge three times for over a minute each. I got to cross off something on my list. I also liked the healing aspect of the sauna and the cold plunge.
Had a great experience at Sweat Houz! The atmosphere was amazing, the staff was welcoming, and the whole experience was relaxing and refreshing. Definitely a great place to reset, recharge, and take some time for yourself. Highly recommend checking them out — I’ll definitely be back! 🙌🏾🔥

I really like the options for infrared sauna, cold plunge, and vitamin c shower in one session. You can truly tailor your session to what your body needs.

Clean, and it’s niece to have a room to ourselves. The contrast therapy was effective, and really enjoyed. An extra 10 minutes of time would go along way to rounding out the experience. :)
