I liked the amenities such as the water multiple towels which is needed, other items for sale which were great products I use at home. The tour was brief but detailed which was perfect. The facility is clean and everything worked just fine. As far as the therapy my wife loved it for her birthday after the gym and I did as well. We will be back!

Relaxing and rejuvenating side effects. Only downside was the shower in the cold plunge suite did not have hot water.
Both my fiancé and I really enjoyed the experience. The front desk host made us feel very comfortable and showed us how to do everything.
I love everything, the sauna most of all. Might not do the cold plunge again and just stick with cryo mostly because the water seemed a bit dirty.
The individual rooms with mood lighting control, mood light chart descriptions, TV speakers inside sauna, and vitamin C shower to cool down. The cold plunge at the end makes you leave feeling energized and refreshed to take on the rest of the week. Water provided and intro on how to use equipment from staff.
The experience was awesome! The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The sauna and cold plunge combo is elite. I’ve only ever done just the sauna so the combo was great. The space is super clean and loved the makeup remover wipes as this was my last stop running errands!

This was my first experience, and Molleigh did an incredible job explaining every step of the process, which made me feel completely comfortable and excited. I felt absolutely amazing afterward—so refreshed and renewed. The amenities were top-notch and thoughtfully curated, with everything I needed to shower, change, and even blow-dry my hair. The entire experience felt luxurious, seamless, and truly exceptional. I can’t wait to come back!
