Our experience was wonderful!! Customer service was excellent she accommodated our every needs! I just wished I lived closer to get a membership. From when we walked in until the very end of our session they made sure we were taken care of and had everything we need. Just one suggestion that there needs to be more hooks to hang your items or towels on the wall. Other than that it we wonderful and I booked another session!
I’m training for the Paris marathon and the hot/cold has made my recovery from long runs so much better. After 20 miles, I could appreciate the difference. Recommend you do it as soon after the run
I always love coming here because everyone is all about self-care. And for the hour of time that I close my door to my room and enjoy the sauna and cold plunge, it’s like the world is on pause. It’s the only time in my day where I truly have peacefulness.

Upon walking in everyone is so welcoming! When I first visited I was informed in detail about everything and I greatly appreciated how they took the time to review things with me. The facility itself is extremely clean and I overall enjoyed my experience so I signed up for a package. I would definitely recommend!

Sebastian was great and gave us a wonderful tour. The experience itself was phenomenal. I already use an infrared sauna regularly but the cold plunge and vitamin c shower really elevated the experience. My Mom and I will absolutely be back!

All of it, the service of combining both sauna and cold plunge therapies. I wish I had such a place where I live in north ga. The staff was super helpful and encouraging. Explained what to expect, especially for cold plunge, and how to manage getting through it.
