I love infrared saunas. So to have use of one for a relatively good price, is great. The vitamin C infused shower is a plus. The cold plunge is another added plus.

I love the everything about the Sweathouz. The hot infrared sauna is very healing. I like the TV to listen to relaxing music or watch your favorite program. Then you finish in the cold plunge. It is cold but very healing especially after a tough workout.

The overall experience was so relaxing, the cold plunge is not so bad, after the 1st minute, just breathe and relax!
The people working there are so kind and welcoming it makes everything better! Then the rooms that have BOTH the sauna and cold plunge are amazing! Any other way would not be as good! SWEATHOUZ Is the best!
