Overall excellent facilities. Very clean with a helpful and informative staff. I wasn’t sure if the shower in the cold plunge room was available for use after the plunge, but I could have asked as well. Having a shower right after the sauna was fantastic, just wasn’t sure whether to change into clean clothes before the plunge or not.
Moved & hadn’t been in a year. Forgot how much I love it!
