I prefer infrared saunas and they are not as easy to find. It was interesting to have a private room for the sweat and then move to another to do the cold plunge. The showers in the room were a great touch too. The staff was super friendly and created a welcoming environment.

The staff member was Amazing. Very attentive and explained everything to me in detail. Very knowledgeable. I think her name was MC at the Krog st location in Atlanta Ga. It was a clean facility and offered great accommodation

I loved it. The people were so welcoming and friendly while also providing the calmest experience ever!! The sauna was amazing, they provided cool towels and some electrolytes to help fight the heat. Then the cold plunge was also very amazing simply because the surrounding vibes helped calm the fear of the cold. 100% will do this again and highly recommend to others.
