The facility was *very* clean and well cared for… I liked that I could adjust the temperature very easily. Also, the cold plunge was nice—it was my first time to try that since being back in the States. Finally, the personnel were fantastic. Madeleine, in particular, was very accommodating to me as a guest who had not been by in several months.
* I don’t see much of a difference between a 9 and a 10 at all. I just see 10 as an indicator of absolute perfection—it’s rather an abstraction. So for me, 10 doesn’t really exist.

The coffee shop . Rooms dirty from previous guest as you walk through. Towels missing in my scheduled room . Tv not prep and on . Cold press not restocked. A more . It was a bummer because I had previously loved the place. I do pray that guy has been let go .
Today I went back ( it’s been a little over half a year I think since I last been in ) the young lady working the counter this time was on top of it. I have hope that this time will be different. Really happy you hired her.
Warm welcome at the front desk, easy check in. Super clean environment
The staff were amazing! What I liked the most was that deodorant was provided. I always for my deodorant when I pack to go somewhere. Also, my arthritic knees felt so good as I went between the heat and the cold plunge.

The facility was neat and clean. Staff was very helpful. The sauna, shower and cold plunge tub were clean. I loved the towels and wet bags that were provided.
Paris at the front desk was great! She gave me a thorough run down and made my first time very welcoming. Still need to get a good routine between the sauna, vitamin shower, and cold plunge but I definitely liked the whole process. 10/10…..highly recommend!!

I loved the modern sweat house look, the cleanliness of the place and most of all the privacy.
Super easy to sign up the 2 young ladies at the front desk were super friendly and helpful. My wife and I were on vacation and so wish we had a facility close to where we live in Bluffton South Carolina
