Clean facilities. Great spa and cold plunge.
The private suite is awesome and I love the infrared sauna. Could only stay in the cold plunge for about 30 seconds, but it was a great contrast. Finishing off with the vitamin C shower was perfect.

Customer service
I am a frequent flyer at both locations in our area and both are consistently excellent. Whenever possible, the staff has the sauna temperature set to my individual preference which makes each visit that much nicer. I love that the sauna, plunge and shower are in a private suite. Highly recommend!
