I loved how relaxed I felt during my time there and after.
I liked the amenities such as the water multiple towels which is needed, other items for sale which were great products I use at home. The tour was brief but detailed which was perfect. The facility is clean and everything worked just fine. As far as the therapy my wife loved it for her birthday after the gym and I did as well. We will be back!

Relaxing and rejuvenating side effects. Only downside was the shower in the cold plunge suite did not have hot water.
Today was my first time there. The atmosphere was very nice. They greeted me in a friendly manner and explained everything. I was very satisfied.
