The location, staff and facility is nice. Scheduling is easy. My only frustration was with cancellation. I was told I wouldn’t charged, I was charged another month and never received a call back after leaving a message.

super fantastic experience, it's almost 2 yrs that I've been doing Sauna / Plunge "it's amazing what it does for physical recovery and mental also, you feel like a million bucks, I do it 4 - 5 times a week. The River Market location is top notch, everything is ready when you get there, just love it

I loved how the staff were very nice when I checked in made sure I was comfortable with my room and everything made my body feel new. Greatest experience I have ever had. Been a tough year but this experience made it a fresh start
The suana emits the body pores to sweat out toxsin much better then shower, likewise it clears the breathing pathways. I’m more interjectic.
Cleanliness and friendly front desk. Sauna was great and liked the Bluetooth feature for listening to music.
I did have a slight concern about my door as it didn’t seam to lock but I think my privacy was fine.
