We have used your service for many years and have referred you to friends. We recently had our bedroom carpet cleaned, an area rug in our family room and grout cleaned in our master bath & laundry room. All turned out well except our area rug which had some traffic areas which were dirty. I feel the original technician scrubbed to hard on the soiled areas resulting in the carpet fibers being ruined. You were kind enough to send a second person out who again tried to clean it with no better results. Due to this happening we have had to replace the rug. Also when I called to have the grout cleaned on my floor I wish they would have ask me if I wanted the floors sealed and that we would have to stay off them for 48 hours. I would have loved to have them sealed to make the process last longer had we planned in advance to stay off the floors for 48 hours we would have had it done. I am sorry but I probably can’t recommend to friends in the future but we will continue to have our carpets & floors cleaned by you but not our new area rug.
They are very thorough and do such a deep cleaning job. My furniture and rug looked amazing. Cody was such a hard worker the whole time he was here

The carpet feels nice and clean and soft when finished, unlike other carpet cleaners which leave a sticky residue on the carpets.

The carpets took a lot longer to dry than what was indicated. It's understandable, but maybe not tell people they'll be dry in 6 hours.
Carpet looked great when finished. They were even able to get paint drops out of the carpet.
Jacob was an excellent communicator and shared what additional product offerings were available should I need or want them but did not push or feel salesy. The rug was a little beyond repair but the cleaning was very cost effective and I will use this organization again should I have a need to. Thanks, Jacob, for being so great! You're an incredible asset to the organization and your team.

Easy to schedule, the carpet feels soft and not crunchy when it's dry and a generally fresh smell but not strong!

Natural products that don’t leave a residue.
Excellent results using no chemicals.
The use of non toxic products; I have used Zeriorez for many tears and every tech cleaner have been five star. This last time Cody was beyodf that. He has an axcellent knowledge of rug fibers. I wish more companies were as good as Zerorez.
The young man that did our carpet, tile, counters and sectional was very knowledgeable and attentive to detail. He did a great job. I would highly recommend this company
The service staff and the end result!
Always reliable and friendly
Scheduled appointment was between 11:00 - 2:00. No one called till 2:45 to say they were going to be late. Left technician at the rental house to clean carpets. He didn't call back when he was finished, and just left the house with the doors unlocked. We checked about 3 hours after he started and went back to check, but he was gone.
Carpets are beautiful - service - not so good.
Still need an invoice to pay the bill.

The carpet is clean and I think Zero Res is a good process.
The technician was in our house less than 20 minutes. The carpets looked worse after they were done than before. I have used your company many times and will not be using again.
We've used Zerorez for years, but this was the first time I didn't think they would be able to get our carpet clean; it was almost black with dirt. However after Zerorez was done, it looked like new! Thank you Zerorez.
