Enjoyed the technician, Cody, and his explanation of the carpet cleaning service. He was kind and informative. He did a thorough job. Although carpets were old, they looked refreshed! I also appreciated the natural cleaning solution.

Be on time and let the worker know the correct address and give accurate information to the worker so they don't forget what rooms need to be done.
Joshua was amazing. He was thorough, knowledgeable, respectful, efficient and kind. I was so impressed by his service and attention to detail. Our bedroom carpet looks amazing and "like new". Our rugs are finished earlier than expected and I look forward to seeing how they look. We had a kids' paint spill on our dining room chairs and I immediately thought that you would all may be able to help us with these. Big thank you to Joshua and for making this experience so positive.
The person that worked on our carpet was honest and gave us options. He was very nice and professional with a very enjoyable personality. I really enjoyed his work and he did an awesome job! I would definitely use the company again!

There were some things I was disappointed about, that were completely out of the Tech’s hands & had more to do with Zerorez’s product id assume, but I had a queen mattress cleaned & I still see quite a bit of pet hair on the bed & that was the main reason for getting it professionally cleaned. I’m super bummed about that & I wanted my polyester accent chair cleaned & he tested the stain remover on it & there was no improvement.
Other than that, it was a very comfortable, easy and great experience! Thank you Zerorez, my vents feel so much cleaner & make my home feel fresh!

Furniture and carpets look and smell exceptionally fresh, clean. Technician (Victor) provided excellent customer service, was friendly and timely and did a thorough job.
We have used Zerorez in the past and will do so in the future, as well.

I’m surprised by how well the cleaning worked
I used zerorez before and was very happy. This time I was busy packing and I didn’t observe the cleaner but when he left, he never went into corners or moved lightweight objects. Then, when I vacuumed the next day, I picked up a bag full of dirt. I don’t know if he vacuumed first. Pretty sloppy job, but I didn’t have time to call him back because I shad an open house scheduled.
