I greatly appreciate the option of treatment without the use of harsh chemicals. Our Technician, Jackson, was prompt and communicative. He was genuine and truthful about the specific services required, rather than trying for an unnecessary upsell.

The products don’t have that bad chemical smell and it doesn’t leave a filmy residue like those other cleaning companies. The service was great on time and it didn’t take long for it to dry . Definitely won’t use any other carpet cleaning company! I will have mine done by Zerorez!! Thank you for such a great first time experience!

The guy who came and cleaned our carpets was so professional and gave extra care to the areas we were concerned about. We will use Zerorez again solely based on employee. I believe his name was Jackson.

Zerorez is very responsive. Able to meet the need for cleaning in a very timely manner. People are professional, knowledgeable and respectful. They taught us a great deal about carpeting, floors and shower doors as well as how to care for them between service. The carpets are not too wet and dry quickly. We will continue to use this company for our home cleaning and maintenance needs. They are EXCELLENT!

The Zerorez products work... they are natural, effective at cleaning without leaving any residue, just like we are told! The service is excellent... we had a couple of difficult "smells" that didn't go away after the first two attempts... but Zerorez service team wants to get it right, they want happy customers... they do put the customer first! This last cleaning did the job... made us happy and met the need. Thanks Zerorez. We will continue to use your services and trust your team.

ZeroRez has been my go to carpet/rug cleaner for the last 12 years. Their customer service is excellent. They are responsive and deliver what they say they will. I like that carpets are not drenched in water. Carpets are dry within a few hours of service.
Levi was extremely nice and did such a great job. He was quick and professional and we are very happy with the job he did.
Technician hurried job carpets still look dirty, did not clean perimeter of beds, did not clean areas where carpet, flooring meet.
