I had my dryer vent cleaned out but I don’t believe that your technician had the proper equipment. My vent was up near the roof and his ladder was way too short. The hose wasn’t right for the job. I’m highly disappointed. The technician was polite and professional but the job wasn’t done to my expectations and so I won’t use Zerorez for ducts again. Also I think you need to take off a suggested tip on the invoice. That’s ridiculous and puts a customer in an awkward situation, especially since the job wasn’t done well

What I really liked was not trying to sell me something I did not need. Technicians had great communication and send picture updates and called to addressed any problem areas. Technicians were kind and respectful to all persons in the home.

Stain removal process doesn’t really rid the carpet of stains despite the hefty price per stain. Disappointing. Despite that, the carpet is clean and looks refreshed.

I'm not sure of my satisfaction. The walkway areas of my carpet remained somewhat flat ; didn't fluff up like it did when I shampooed the carpet. Reserving judgment right now.

Fast & clean very well

Jacob was extremely professional and timely. He went into detail about the process and extras that are offered. He also took the time to listen to what I needed and wasn’t pushy trying to upsell anything but did explain that there is a possibility of the stains returning without doing the sub-carpet clean. I had to leave before he started, and my cats were locked in a room while he was there, he messaged when he was done that he had let them out and locked the door behind him when he was done with the service. My carpets looked phenomenal when I returned home, and all of the spots I was concerned about were gone.

The product is wonderful, but it"s the emplyees and the fantastic customer service that keeps me coming back.

WAs surprised by the nearly 30% jump in cost. Not only did the room rate increase, but the stain protector also increased by 30%. Will have you come back, but will reduce the service we have you do. We are retired and live on a fixed income. Love the service and how the carpets look, just can’t make the numbers meet.

My carpets are clean, no cover up. Technicians are friendly. I also appreciate that it's non toxic.
