Zerorez did all they promised when I scheduled the appointment. Carl called 15-20 minutes prior to arrival. He was earlier than the earliest possible time, which I know is not always the case, but was great for us. The price was as quoted. Carl answered all my questions, did a walk-through prior to starting to be sure he understood the job requested, treated my house with respect (used corner protectors on the walls, avoided as much as possible scraping the walls with the hoses, etc.) and did a final walk-through with me to assure my satisfaction prior to stowing his gear.

We are exceptionally pleased with all the work that Zeroez has done. They have cleaned our carpets several times and yesterday we had them clean our vents and also our floor tile. I have recommended them to different people.
