Mac was super-communicative and very friendly. He understood the assignment even though I was not there. He was efficient and helped price out the cleaning of the blinds that we eventually decided on not doing.

My guest room carpet does have an odor. It’s been 2 days now. And my big area rug isn’t as clean as I expected. So they’re going to re-clean the area rug. I hope the smell on the carpet is gone by the time they come…or they might have to re-clean that also.

I didn’t know there was a difference between your carpet cleaning and your deep carpet cleaning. I showed your employee where we had urine and staining . I did not understand that your carpet cleaning does not go down to the bottom on the carpet. So your carpet cleaning led to urine spreading and smelling worse than before. I had a second employee out to remedy this after I already paid $330. He was going to charge me another $115 for 3 spots! I’m disappointed that I didn’t understand that the first carpet cleaning just cleans the surface of my carpet. I needed a deeper clean to get that urine out. I would appreciate being told what needs to be done in order to get out the stains that I want out before I pay to just clean the surface carpet. I have used your company before and I tell others about your company because I appreciate the hot water method. I am hoping I can get my carpet cleaned the way I wanted it without having to pay more money. I also understand you’re running a business.

Second time we have had ZeroRez come. Matt did a great job explaining everything beforehand and making sure we fully understood. Couch looks great and so does our carpet. On time and took a little less time than Matt explained.
Because of needing only a bedroom and closet carpet cleaned, and upholstery, I also had a good experience via text because it was difficult to schedule online. I was well taken care of.

I am the kind of guy to not use fabric softeners in my laundry. I like when things have a neutral smell. I appreciate that you use non scented stuff and that my carpets are cleaned without leaving junk behind in it. It's awesome and I'm very impressed with both the service, and the hospitality.

I hadn't had my carpets cleaned for a number of years so I finally made the appointment - the technician called in the morning and indicated a reasonably specific arrival time and was there within that 30 minute window. The technician was polite, efficient and thorough (I believe his name was Eric) and when he was finished my carpet looked brand new! I am very happy with the service and the technician - if I owned a business that needed someone who really cared about their work I might have tried to hire him away from you!
