I find it hard to even believe that it got cleaned, although you can tell it is brighter, all of the high traffic areas, areas by chairs, etc. are still there. The majority of the bill was spent on spot treating in the dining room for stains including pet urine. Although I understand it is no guarantee, I went and bought a Hoover carpet cleaner the day after you were there and it did a better or comparable job and getting the stains out. To top it off, it was like the tech walked in the room without the booties and his footprints completely showed on the carpet. It was very disappointing and I felt awful for my mother who is a senior because she felt bad saying anything. We will not be using you for the remaining rooms.

I was not disappointed. Brandon was a sweet young man and worked hard on our carpets. I had never experienced the rippling as I did this time, but after I called and Jessica explained the frequency that occurs, I was patient to wait. The rippling went away as she indicated it would. Carpets are clean and ready for another year of wear and tear.
It was easy to schedule and the cleaning was in depth and used a different system that was effective and pet friendly.
Brandon, our cleaner was thorough and also gave us a lot of information about ZeroRez and caring for our carpet and furniture going forward. I appreciated that!

ZeroRez has the best cleaning products and processes hands down, have been a customer for many years in 2 different homes ❤️ Have to take a moment to recognize the technician, John, who came out on Saturday, he did an outstanding job. Remembered all the details, worked hard to get my carpet cleaned in the best way possible, the results exceeded my expectations. He covered all the bases, sent me my invoice at the beginning of the visit and was so sweet to my dogs.

Ever since Zerorez arrived in Boise I have used their service. The non toxic solution was very appealing. My old carpets look almost new afer a Zerorez cleaning. Every tech cleaner has been excellent, but Ben was the best. Over 5 stars for him and Zerorerz!!

I'm very pleased with the service. Victor was very courteous and professional. He explained the service and the product used. The carpet was quite dirty and now looks really clean and feels so soft. Cleaning was done in the afternoon and was dry before we went to bed. I waited until the next morning to vacuum and put everything back in order. It looks great and I will definitely call them next time I need my carpets cleaned.
The carpets do not have a noticeable difference in appearance, so it would be nice to stop midway through and show a comparison or show how you know when it is clean enough to stop cleaning.
Love their exceptional customer service. Besides that, their employees are professional and reliable. Initially contacted them to treat problem urine areas and a couple of rooms. Afterwards, it was as if new carpet had been installed. Opted to purchase their spray bottle for future 'oops' of an older dog. Have no qualms using it as it is all natural and works wonders. I even bought a black light.

I’m a construction manager and have used ZeroRez several times when the unexpected happens. They have always been able to take care of our requests in a timely manor. They have always been able to remove the stains we have called on and are reasonably priced.
