I got the leather recliner back that you were going to get the stale smoke smell out, but it’s still there. Nothing has changed. What options do I have?
Your young men were on time, professional and easy to deal with. They most importantly did a very good job on my carpet.
Efficient and friendly to work with.
Unfortunately there were noticeable stains after carpet dried. I was told to vacuum really well as soon as carpet dried, which I did. I went over part of my bedroom that had just been done with my home machine and the water was pretty dirty considering it had just been cleaned and vacuumed.
I guess I expected a better job to be done, plus I have never been told to vacuum as soon as carpet dried because I would need to pick up dirt that rose to the surface. I guess I thought that the cleaning was supposed to actually clean the carpet.
Way late arriving, carpet still damp more than 24hours later
Our service person, Levi was courteous on the phone asking to arrive early, thorough in explaining what will happen during the cleaning process, was respectful of our home, and worked diligently the entire time there.

The techs who have cleaned my carpets, mattress, and the carpeting in my car this year are Jacob and Joshua. They have done an above-average, outstanding job. They are professional, friendly, thorough, efficient, caring, and extremely well-trained. I am VERY pleased with the results I have experienced as a result of their amazing skills in this industry. Having had NUMEROUS people clean my carpets throughout my life-time, I know that not all carpet cleaning technicians or companies do a good - or even acceptable job. The results are impressive. Your carpets are left CLEAN, without the odors they absorb, or the grease, dust, pollens, etc. that settle into them over time. Cleaner carpets last longer and make you and your pets healthier. I HIGHLY recommend Zerorez.
