We really liked your service. The tech was on time, professional, very nice and personable and we felt he was very knowledgeable. He did an excellent job on our carpets. In the past when when getting our carpets cleaned they get in, make one pass over the carpets and are done. This tech worked VERY hard to get our carpets cleaned and explained about the areas that didn't clean up like he would have liked and recommended other cleaning solutions. We were very impressed with him and ZEROREZ. We will definitely use your service again and will recommend to others.

I really like the staff who come to do the work. Both times the person has been professional and thorough.
I also like the shorter length of time it takes for carpet to dry.
They do an excellent job on the carpets and the carpets look like when they were new 4 years ago
Servicer wore booties
Using no chemicals or detergents to clean my carpet is fantastic, and the carpets look great!
You did an acceptable job, but I didn't see much difference from the other carpet cleaners I've had before. I will probably have you come again just because I don't like all the chemicals left in the carpet. I don't have time in my schedule for you to come to my home again right now.

First and foremost was the young man who did the work. He's a great representative for your company. He smiled the entire time and was very pleasant all while he was working. Any questions or concerns that I had were taken care of very personably and professionally. The work he did was absolutely a 10+. Even my wife, who I must say has very high expectations when she pays for a service, was as impressed as I was. Thanks so much for the work done and the professionalism shown by this young man. I like the fact that there are no harsh chemicals involved and my carpets FEEL and LOOK clean!
The owner of the house I was renting charged me to pay another company to clean the carpets after your company was done.
The guys (Dave and Chad?) were great. Very professional. I appreciated the method used since no chemicals are advertised. That said, main living area that was done wasn't as claen in the traffic areas as I had hoped. The carpet is getting 10 years old and will be replaced this spring / summer. Thanks.
Quality and Service
The call center (I don't think it's local) told me I could have a specific tech do the job. A friend in my office informed me 3 days prior to my appt that the tech wasn't working the day of my cleaning. I called the call center, and then the local owner called and said he'd be the person to do the job, the other tech did not work that day. Then someone else (not the owner) showed up on my doorstep. I don' appreciate being misled. I don't think they did a better job than another company. I was trying to support a local business, but I didn't care for the handling of the process.

We had you last Tuesday. The service was great as well as Carl who did the cleaning. I have noticed that the traffic areas are retiring to the pre cleaning status. I do not know if this is due to the standard grade carpet . The carpet is only 1 year old. Name removed
First, I liked the information given ahead to know how to prepare. The reminder phone calls and the call right before arriving was great! Dave was very personable, thorough, and explained services perfectly! I was impressed with how clean and professional everything was--even the Van. All the little extras (mints, etc) help people to remember the name. And I haven't even started on the results of the cleaning! I came home to beautiful carpets! The upstairs looked so much better than I ever dreamed...they were soft, revitalized, not sticky at all, so brightened up and dry! I had pet odor & problems downstairs and was considering replacing the carpet. However, it was totally worth the extra to have the professional pet stain/odor removal done by Zerorez. I am totally impressed with the results and can't compliment you enough! Thank you so much! I will definitely tell others about your service, I will have you again in the future, and I have no problem with you using my name to promote Zerorez. Kevin Miller's (KIDO Radio) comments were right on!
