I must confess that I was not a happy customer after our carpet was cleaned and I let the owner know about my concerns. He was wonderful about listening to me, addressing my concerns and then he gladly re-cleaned our carpet. David is a man of tremendous integrity and character and I will have his company clean our carpet again next year.

My expectations were that the living room carpet would be cleaner than it is today. I can still see light spots, and I honestly thought it would look fresher & not be able to see the color difference between the traffic areas. So kinda bummed. The service representative was very good though.

I like that there are no chemicals, thet ytour personnel are very nice and helpful, and most of all how clean everything was when Dave had finished I was astonished. I plan to use you again in 6 weeks or perhaps sooner. Thank you so much.

My carpet feels so clean and wonderful and looks great! I appreciated all the precautions taken to protect my home while my carpets were being cleaned, such as shoe coverings and hose guards. Dave at Zerorez did a great job!

The technician we had yesterday was not very friendly or outgoing. I think he did an OK job but he was not very pleasant. Maybe it was because it was the end of the day. We will reequest another technician next time.

cleaned the carpet quite well, the technician was nice and worked hard to do a nice job in a timely efficient way. I like the idea that there will be no soapy residue to attract dirt.

I liked the cleaning itself but did not like extra high fees for pet pretreatment and very high fees to post treat carpet for future stains. I like straight up prices with no hidden fees

Was not informed there will be an additional $12.50 "water dumping" charge. Companies I had in the past to clean my carpets did not have a fee for this. Should have been mentioned in the Fine Print portion of voucher.

My carpets cleaned up beautifully, especially considering their age and wear! I like the cleaning process.....no left-over residue, dried very quickly. Arrival time was prompt, as indicated in advance....technician very knowledgeable and efficient and obviously interested in my satisfaction. I won't hesitate to recommend this method or the company!

Our carpets just looked clearner and seem to have stayed looking cleaner longer. It was also nice that the gentleman wore the "blue slippers". I would definitely have our carpets cleaned by Zerorez again. (Although it did cost more than I had planned on spending.)
