Scheduled appointment was between 11:00 - 2:00. No one called till 2:45 to say they were going to be late. Left technician at the rental house to clean carpets. He didn't call back when he was finished, and just left the house with the doors unlocked. We checked about 3 hours after he started and went back to check, but he was gone.
Carpets are beautiful - service - not so good.
Still need an invoice to pay the bill.
Technician did a great job
The carpet is clean and I think Zero Res is a good process.
The technician was in our house less than 20 minutes. The carpets looked worse after they were done than before. I have used your company many times and will not be using again.
We've used Zerorez for years, but this was the first time I didn't think they would be able to get our carpet clean; it was almost black with dirt. However after Zerorez was done, it looked like new! Thank you Zerorez.

The thoroughness and care for my home is normally excellent. I appreciate the use of corner bumpers, shoe covers, the call/text when they’re on the way, and courtesy of the techs and those answering the phone. I also like that they use a natural water source to clean with. This has normally been my experience the 5 times I’ve had their service both in ID and WA.
However, this visit was considerably different. The tech didn’t do any of these things except use corner bumpers and shoe covers only when I brought it up. Not my best experience!
I’m still giving them this considerable score because the question asks, “What do you like about our products and services”. The tech I requested (Keegan) apparently had surgery and Schuyler was the tech today. Big difference!! Keegan exhibits excellence in every way. Schuyler—not so much.
I was told a different price over the phone than I received in person. It went from $100 for an hour of stain removal to $250! Significant change. My original price should have been honored. Also, was told I'd receive a call back from supervisor about a stain that could not be removed and I never received a call back.
Jacob was so friendly and explained everything thoroughly, including how to best clean up future stains myself. He and Donald did a great job!

Only issue was our appointment was scheduled at 2:00 and our technician didn’t show until 4pm. However he did notify us that he was running late.

However the large white rug ended up looking worse. You offered to come out to clean it again, but that will make it even spottier. You said you would charge if you used stain removal. Well, I can do that with nor further charge. I cannot take time to schedule another clean with your 2 hour window appointments. I will do it myself or find another rug cleaner.
Thank you for your review. I'm glad to know the chairs you had cleaned are to your satisfaction, and I'm sorry to hear you aren't happy with how your rug turned out. We did offer, at the time, additional stain removal options, which were declined, and offered to come back and re-clean the rug for you at no additional charge, which was also declined. I like to think of carpet and rugs like teeth- going to the dentist is cheapest when all we are doing is the regular cleaning. But if there is a cavity, that is extra. Stains on carpet and rugs are like cavities- they require additional work, and therefore come at an additional cost. I know that doesn't help your frustration, and I'm sorry for that. I fyou decide you do want us to rty the re-clean, please let us know.
I love that there is no residue after cleaning. I have used Zerorez for years and the staff has always been top-notch, very friendly and professional.
The tech did a nice job although when making an appointment, it would be good if the scheduler would explain that removing spots is a separate item to be scheduled so that a return visit isn't required.
Excellent results. Our carpet looks new! They were relatively quick but did a great job! Dried within 4 hours so we could put the rooms back together! Would recommend this company!

I got service done yesterday 7/5, and I am noticing that the walls got damaged on the stairs. From what it seems, it looks like when they sprayed something, they got it on the walls and had it soaked. By the time it came to wash it with the machine, the wall piece came off because they kept on hitting it. I also noticed my new bed sprayed when i asked for them to be very careful. I paid over $300 for a service it’s not fair.

Zeroz was very professional and they did an excellent job cleaning my carpet and my dining room chairs. They worked quickly and were able to lift out those pet stains from my previous pet. I would definitely recommend Zerorez for your carpet cleaning.
