Professional, on time, and knowledgeable .
Ben was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Asked about areas that needed attention, additional products I could add to ensure carpet protection, and explained what he was doing during the process. I like the environmental aspect of zero res and always use them as i believe they don't use the chemicals like other companies and the carpet doesn't smell like perfume when he's done. satisfied customer!

I appreciate a cleaning that is nontoxic. The cleaner gave me advanced notice before he arrived. And most importantly, the carpet looks great!
There was dried caulking and pet stains in the carpet. All were removed.
It's easy to schedule carpet cleaning, the techs are fast, reliable the products get rid of biological smells. When they take and clean our antique Persian rugs, it's obvious the Atmos care is taken!

The trouble spots ( dog areas ) where I wanted the most cleaned did not look any better .. I ended up using my hand help carpet cleaner afterwards and sucked out so much dirt after the cleaning . I was very dissapointed with the cleaning and how much was spent when I had to clean it afterwards myself . I was able to clear the stains myself.
