Super friendly and helpful staff, great amenities. My only qualm is that I’m worried about the cleanliness of the water in the cold plunge but I’m also paranoid. Haha.

From the minute me and my boyfriend walked in we were greeted by the friendly front desk person, shown around, given great facts and recommendations. The experience itself was so relaxing we left feeling so much better and feeling welcomed. We will be back 10/10!

Took my wife here for our anniversary and it was so fun to hang out in the sauna and watch our show. The cold plunge was a nice reset between the sauna. High recommend giving it a try.

I like the privacy. I tried to get the sound in the main area for music thru YouTube but couldn’t for some reason.. it was a good experience and very quiet, calm and relaxing. Would recommend to friends..

What did you like about your experience?

I've been suffering with joint pain for at least 6 months and I needed some serious relief fast. After my first visit here I noticed a big difference right away. The heat from the Sauna is perfect and relaxing and after a comforting shower a ten to fifteen minute dip in the ice bath is what helps my inflammation. It is COLD so be prepared! The facility is very clean and inviting and all the staff here are Nice, polite and knowledgeable! I've enjoyed three visits so far and hope for many more!
