The cold plunge
Although I had an idea what contrast therapy was I had never done it so I had anxiousness that comes from trying something new. So what I liked most was the customer service provided by Marisa who walked me through the process and explained everything. She did a great job representing the company, and was a big reason I purchased an additional 3 sessions.
Private, clean and can feel difference in my skin.
The attendant who showed me around was attentive and went into detail on how use everything, while being very polite. I look forward to coming in again soon!

Cold plunge is amazing and it’s not available anywhere near by and you have 8 suits so most likely I can get reservations for my desired time!!
Loved the privacy of a single sauna/tub, being able to watch tv or play music, customizable lighting, and shower! Would suggest elevated shower amenities to match the luxury of the rest of the experience + counter space in room to place jewelry, glasses, misc items

Staff was very helpful and attentive. Rooms were clean and stylish. I felt very comfortable. It was a great unique experience. Looking forward to my next visit there.
One thing was my car was ticketed for parking in the “ retail lot“. I was told by staff to disregard the ticket. But definitely something that should be addressed with the person that monitors that lot. The sign just says retail and doesn’t specify any businesses.
Overall will definitely be recommending to friends and coworkers.
