Very enjoyable, the privacy was unmatched. Definitely plan on coming back. Olivia at the front desk was super sweet and informative about the entire process. The only thing that I would say is a negative would be that the vitamin C shower started to run cold after a few minutes, preferably having a continuously, hot or steamy shower is way more beneficial/appealing to me as a client. Another thing that would be a great plus would be disposable house slippers or flip-flops to wear in the session. Also robes would be a wonderful plus as well for members. Not to say that these things should be required just providing friendly recommendations.
I bought the two times a month package so I’ll definitely be back to this location in Edgewater. Can’t wait for my next session, Thank you!

From the staff to the facilities, it is all fantastic! The sauna and cold plunge experience is exactly what I need in my weekly routine and SwtHz makes it so easy and convenient!

The facilities were really clean. Savannah did a great job of welcoming me and showing me around. Love that you include the sauna, cold plunge and shower in the 60 mins and that you can go from one to another during that time. Will definitely be back.
The gentleman at the desk was very kind explained everything thoroughly. The experience was very good however, I wish I could see the clock on top of the door from the cold plunge in the room we were in. Also, both the sauna and the floor are very slippery. Dangerously so my friend just had a broken ankle that she’s recovering from and she almost lost it. The floor should probably be somewhat textured or at least recommend people bring their flip-flops or sandals.

Very easy to check in and get set up. Facility is clean and staff was friendly and helpful.
The suites are immaculately clean; the staff is so friendly and accommodating; and the app makes scheduling a breeze. Not to mention we are truly feeling the benefits of contrast therapy. I played baseball and volleyball in college, and now at 59 my knees and hips are feeling it. But they’ve never felt better since starting SWTHZ.
