How relaxing the whole experience was!
The private suite was clean and comfortable, the sauna felt amazing, the cold plunge was invigorating, and the shower made me feel so clean and soft. It's absolutely worth the cost and I've already recommended it to friends and prepaid for my next session. I have chronic pain and this is going to be my new feel-good spa day routine.

The place was tidy and compact. Felt very clean. I liked the entertainment tv and visible timer. Would have liked a little light in the shower and speakers outside the sauna to continue watching tv.
The woman at the front desk was very friendly and knowledgeable. The suite seemed clean and was big enough for 2 people. The timer was great for determining how much time you spent in the cold plunge and the sauna. I liked that there were options for electrolytes and Dyson hair products to use at the end. It would be nice if there were more than one bathroom, especially if there are multiple people on site at a time.
Sweathouz offers a lovely, relaxing experience in a calming, gentle environment. I enjoyed the sauna with infrared light and being able to lower the temperature as a newbie. The cold plunge will take some time for me to get used to, but it feels great after the vitamin C shower. The staff is great! Very helpful. I have had two enjoyable sessions!
