The experience is something Ive never experienced before. I have knee pain occasionally and after the cold plunge my knee felt a lot better. First impressions were the overall calm of the lobby when we got there. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Suite was very clean 10/10! My only complaint was that I wish we had more time! Thank you for an amazing experience

I like the little sweets and the set up. I was very excited to try everything. However, the vitamin C shower was a little disappointing with the pressure. It came out like sprinkles. Everything else was great.

I really enjoyed the privacy and ability to switch between the sauna and cold plunge based on my comfort level. The Bluetooth in the sauna was amazing too, threw on a mellow album and just relaxed, nice touch.
I usually don’t leave feedback, but this was a great experience! I can’t remember the persons name who was helping us but she was great at explaining everything and showing us what we need to do. It was very clean! Such an awesome experience! We will be returning
