Beautiful clean space. I love the lay out of the private suites felt spacious and comfortable . The Customer service from Kerry was so AMAZING, I already decided I was coming back before she started my session and knew I was leaving with a membership before my session ended.
Absolutely love SweatHouz! It’s become one of my favorite places for recovery, especially the sauna and cold plunge. The space is beautiful, clean, and relaxing, and the staff is always so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. You can tell they really care about creating a great experience. Highly recommend SweatHouz for anyone looking to prioritize recovery and feel their best!

I struggle to sit still and make time for myself. The 40 minutes in the sauna before taking the shower forced that time to sit and reflect. Everything was super clean and it was a lovely experience.

The atmosphere was chill and calming. Loved the accessibility to the sauna and the different light therapy’s. Shower felt great on skin, and cold plunge was great to finish off the session. 10/10 experience.

I love the quiet of private suites. Love the ability to change temp in the sauna. I like it hot. I do wish the cold plunges could be adjusted because the recommended temps for men and women are different. It’s always clean and staff is friendly. And knows my name.
