Everything from the friendly team member who welcomed me with a smile and a wealth of information to the aesthetically appealing and well maintained suite. So clean, so modern, so elegant. The shampoo, conditioner smell great and are premium quality. And the beauty bar with the Dyson is just out of this world. Nothing to hate about this place.

Good heat, great environment, however, the turnover needs to be more thorough and careful. Finding water on the floor everywhere in the suite from a previous customer and hair floating in the tub.
I loved the privacy and serenity of the atmosphere in the building as a whole. Everything was neat and clean! It was really peaceful. It felt like a true therapeutic escape.
I love not only how relaxed and rejuvinated I feel, but how it feels like I get to enjoy my own little sanctum for an hour - a space all to myself to de-stress and unplug. I'm addicted.
