It was my first time ever at a place like this and it was mentally challenging in a good way because I was informed of alllll the benefits of contrast therapy, so I pushed myself to push through in when I felt like quitting in either the initial sauna and each cold tub round. Everything was clean and appropriately prepared for us. They’ve been going for about a month and have no complaints, I have none either after my first visit.
I enjoy the private suite. The sauna, cold plunge and shower all give me a lift. I’m grateful to have such a great place to relax into a personal peace.
The whole experience was clean and easy. I like that I could schedule and pay online before ever coming in minimizing time in a waiting room. The private tooma are way more comfortable than similar concepts in Raleigh that offer more of a communal setting. Everyone was super friendly.

Very relaxing and energizing experience. First time using a sauna and doing a cold plunge and I really enjoyed it. I appreciated the privacy and the ease of using the room during our session. I will definitely pursue this experience again in the near future!
