I liked the wellness aspect. Something I can’t do at home - Sauna and Cold Plunge. I was surprised at how much I liked the vitamin c shower … I didn’t think it would do much, but my skin and hair were so soft!

I loved having my own suite! It allowed me to move through the stations at my own pace, adjust the heat as needed, and not worry about being seen. The shower left my skin feeling soft.

The staff was great, very professional and nice. The only thing that we didn’t love was the fact that there was a bar on our way for watching TV in the sauna other than that it was a great experience.

The facility was very clean and amenable. The sauna/cold plunge combo was awesome. Erin was great, she was very friendly and did a good job explaining how everything worked. Thank you!
