My experience was great. I showed up and was shown around. I was introduced to the room amd was taught how to use everything and got started promptly. At the end, I was shown the plans and was offered a 2nd visit at a discounted rate that will give me time to decide which plan could work for my needs. Unfortunately, this location is the closest location to me but it almost 30 minutes away. I enjoyed the experience but wish there was a location closer to me! I live in Grand Prairie. A location closer to me would be perfect!

Southie location is superior to all of the rest! We had a very difficult experience with the Burlington location and the staff at Southie made our experience so much better!
When we bought class packs for Black Friday, we were told by Burlington that we could use them once the Assembly location reopens. However, it’s still not open, so we decided to try another location. Burlington told us we could not reinstate our packages since they apparently expired without warning. They were not able to help us, and when we asked to escalate this issue, they never called back.
Thank you again to Southie for making all the difference and helping us have a great experience!!

Clean, beautiful space. Simple and minimalistic, functional, everything is ready to use, self explanatory, very well designed. One suggestion, it would be good to have something on the floor to prevent slipping, as a couple people already slipped and could have had dangerous falls. We put down a towel in our room afterwards.

Friendly staff, great concept, and lighting. Just wish I'd been told by a sign on the wall, on the website, and at check-in that dunking my head underwater is discouraged unless my hair is freshly cleaned. I had washed it that morning, but it did have hair product on it. I was informed after the fact that it makes the water cloudy. Also, I assumed the water was changed between each client. I'm a rule follower, so if I had known the rules, I wouldn't have done that. I think it's a good idea to also have a sign in the room explaining how often the water is changed and how it's cleaned.
Seamless transition from the moment I got there. I was given a great tour of the place and was shown the different suites as well as the benefits of all areas.
