I loved the warm welcome from Patrick and the rest of the staff. I came in after a long run and it was exactly what my body needed. The cold plunge took some getting used to but felt great. I loved the experience and will be back soon.

I had such a great experience at SweatHouz! Elizabeth was so welcoming, checked me in, and gave me a tour so I knew exactly what to expect. Aliyah was also amazing and took the time to explain all of the packages and options to me.
I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and ready to take on the rest of my day! 🙌🏽✨ Definitely a great self-care experience, and I’ll be back! 💆🏽♀️🧖🏽♀️
