The environment
One of my goals was to try a cold plunge this year and I did it! Worth it!
I enjoy contrast therapy and this is a way to do it on your own terms. The price is a little challenging at times, but there is not another experience like it in the US. Having a little extra time on the front end would also be helpful so you can optimize the 60 minutes utilizing contrast therapy exclusively.
First time I ever did a cold plunge and I really liked it. The privacy of the individual suites was great.

I liked it a lot. I felt like there was a little too much of a sales pitch though. I enjoyed my experience and I know it’s because they are asked to but I didn’t like that the employees tried to sell me on the plans. The other sauna I go to doesn’t do this at all. They advertise their packages but never try to sell it to you in person. After a relaxing session a sales pitch is uncomfortable. It does make me hesitant to come back even though that is the only issue I had. The service was wondering.
Music and heat control. Cold plunge. In room shower. Clean. Privacy. Luxurious. Nice staff.
The warm welcome, the cleanliness of the facility and suite, the options for entertainment and lighting, and the thoughtful little things like scented towels, bags for our wet suits, and the water filling station, and most of all, the relaxed/calm feeling afterward.
Staff was very welcoming and helpful! Everything was super clean and well maintained. I felt very relaxed afterwards too. Will definitely be coming back.
