The facility is welcoming, clean, and inviting. The suites are comfortable and I like the access to the TVs, streaming, and music during my session. I like the guidance on how to tailor the session to meet my needs.
I only wish I could adjust the cold temperature for me as a beginner. Maybe have a dedicated suite with a warmer water temperature for newer clients who are getting more comfortable with the cold plunge.

Everything was wonderful from the cleanliness to our suite to the staff. Was a great time to try this and learn more about red light therapy.
It was great. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean. I guess my only real complaint is it would be nice to be able to adjust the temperature of the cold plunge. I know it's good for most, but 50 degrees is too cold for me. I got frostbite a couple times on my extremities, and I just don't handle cold water well. 55 is about my low temperature. Anything below that, and it's very painful. So I wasn't able to sit in the cold tub as long as I would've liked.

Clean, modern setting, the rooms are laid out well, easy to navigate through the sauna, shower and cold plunge. The hour went by really fast and we left feeling invigorated and very relaxed. It was an excellent first experience.
