It was such a cool experience! I’ve never had the opportunity to do both a sauna & a polar plunge before. I loved the ammentied they had to offer including the eucalyptus towel and the tv, with the water and all!! Definitely bringing more people to do this.

I loved EVERYTHING! From the friendly front desk staff, to the fancy/flavored drinking water, to the dyson air wrap bar in the end. Every detail was thoughtful and appreciated. Will definitely be returning!

The cold plunge was super needed i like that a lot. Sauna was great too and the shower at the end always makes up for it. The staff was super nice and helpful and really sweet!! The staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We loved having our own suite, the cleanliness of the establishment and the en-suite TV & shower. This was a top tier experience and we are looking into a membership.
