The manager and other worker were very nice. The common areas were well stocked and clean.
I did step on something sharp in the suite and realized it was a finger or toenail trimming. It’s probably hard to control what people are doing in the suite, and even harder to clean up that kind of waste. It was unfortunate, but not a game stopper.
Great customer service- the girl did a fantastic job walking us thru the space and the things to use. Was great recovery after a long weekend working!

I loved how welcoming and informative the woman at the front was as she guided me to the back. I loved the private space, the infrared, the cold plunge and how helpful the contrast therapy was with my tweaked neck and shoulders. The Vitamin C therapy was the cherry on top.
But honestly above all, because I had been so graciously informed on how to contrast therapy-I felt super confident and really enjoyed my experience.
Enjoyed my experience. I do wish there was a bit more guidance provided prior on how long should start off in cold plunge. And how to rotate? The cold plunge was my favorite, very invigorating & noticeable improvement in pain. Friendly staff.

Great overall experience. The manager was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the process, and it made for a wonderful date night. I really like the vibe of the rooms which were super relaxing. It was also the perfect post-workout recovery activity. Highly recommend

I like everything. My husband and I did the cold tube, sauna and vitamin c shower at 6am. It's 8pm and my body still feels amazing. I loved the atmosphere . Customer service was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
