This was my first time doing anything like this. I had never sat in a sauna or done a cold plunge and I was apprehensive about whether or not I would like it. I ended up really enjoying it. The sauna is great and super relaxing. I really enjoy I can turn something on TV and just chill in there. The shower is very nice and definitely helps the transition to the plunge. The cold plunge was what I was most nervous about and the first time you do it is intense but the feeling after was fantastic. I did two sessions then signed up for a 4 times a month membership because I felt so good afterwards

It didn’t feel rushed. It was plenty of time to relax and shower. The amenities are great as well! Everything you could need. We are thinking about getting a package.

Everything is included sauna, cold plunge, and shower. There's a complimentary flavored seltzer machine and the staff sets the temperature all the way up, the way I like it.

Loved having a rotation between the sauna, shower and cold tub. Really diversified the experience and my body responded in such a positive way! Felt more fully recovered and energetic throughout the day! 10/10 definitely recommend!
