This place was phenomenal.
They treat you so well you kinda can't help but feel extremely special. "Royalty" is definitely an overused term, but lemme tell you, they make you feel it.
I was genuinely surprised at all the extra stuff they make available. You've for your standard amenities you'd expect, with the sauna and cold plunge both being excellent quality and very clean. Then you have the VITAMIN C INFUSED shower to rinse off and wash up with soaps and conditioner. They give you plenty of towels, as well as deodorant, hair tools, dry shampoo, and lotion, all INCLUDED in your stay.
Another thing free of charge is the electrolyte infused water dispenser that is capable of infusing your water with 4 different tastes, both sparkling and non sparkling.
Now, on to the negatives, because no place is perfect.
The sauna is not tremendously hot. It maxes out at 175, which is a great temperature if you're in there for 30 minutes or more, but when I'm wanting some good contrast therapy, I'd like to feel the heat right away, stay in for 15 minutes, and then plant myself right back in the cold water and rinse and repeat. Once you get out of the cold plunge, you don't even notice the sauna heat for a good 5-10 minutes, and when you have an hour time slot, every second counts.
Still, this place was amazing and I VERY much enjoyed my time here. I will be coming back

The contrast therapy is great! And I recommend it to all for a variety of reasons.
We had a wonderful experience. I felt so relaxed after our session. We split the session i to Sauna, plunge, sauna plunge, sauna. Lovely. The vitamin c shower left my skin and hair feeling great.
From the welcome I received when I walked in, to the tour of the facility, to the hair dryers and vanity’s to get yourself ready after your session, I loved everything!
The suites were very nicely done, the granite walls, the clean saunas, and plenty of towels.
I loved the TVs that were in front of the saunas and speakers inside the saunas. Really made the time go by quickly without focusing on how hot I was.
I was expecting to get harassed when my session was over, but to my surprise there was so pressure to sign up. They just went over the different memberships that were available.
I definitely recommend and looking forward to going back!
Only add is need a timer when sitting in cold plunge. Can’t see the one on the wall.
