My sister and I had a nice experience, We tested ourselves with the cold plunge to see how long we could stay in as it was our first time. I feel relaxed and she says she can feel the dopamine working. We are bringing our cousin next week.

It was such a cool experience! I’ve never had the opportunity to do both a sauna & a polar plunge before. I loved the ammentied they had to offer including the eucalyptus towel and the tv, with the water and all!! Definitely bringing more people to do this.

I loved EVERYTHING! From the friendly front desk staff, to the fancy/flavored drinking water, to the dyson air wrap bar in the end. Every detail was thoughtful and appreciated. Will definitely be returning!

The cold plunge was super needed i like that a lot. Sauna was great too and the shower at the end always makes up for it. The staff was super nice and helpful and really sweet!!
