Nice rooms with decent space. The cold plunge and sauna were very clean and maintained temp for the hour that I was there. Super friendly staff that were helpful and knowledgeable. The eucalyptus hand towel was an awesome addition for those who may be looking for a nice relaxing hot/cold experience.

Loved the private suite the entire experience was very nice. I would recommend offering lotion and having Q-tips after showering. My skin was a bit dry. I enjoyed all of the shower products. I also enjoyed blow drying my hair. They had a face wipe available and dry shampoo in case you didn’t want to wash your hair. Hair ties were a nice touch in the rooms.
It was a private room, calming, and the fact I can sync my own music was a hit and the staff was awesome, attentive, kind, informative and very helping
