Great atmosphere
Overall great experience doing the contrast therapy. Very clean inside the room. Aside from that, the customer service was also great. The employees who helped us on Saturday Feb 21st were very helpful I believe their names were Brandon and Natalie. They were very friendly and helpful which made the overall experience even better. I didn’t catch the names of the employees during our visit on Sunday (Feb 22nd), but they were great as well.
I felt great afterward. Loved the experience and the staff were helpful and welcoming. My only suggestion is that the sauna should have been warmer. It started at 140, and I wasn’t able to get it warmer than 147 in an hour. I had it set to 170 degrees. A sauna should be 160 degrees at least. You should set them to 160, it’s easy for guests to cool them down, but difficult and time consuming to heat them up.

My daughter and I had a wonderful time at this place. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the place was clean and inviting. It was a great experience overall.

The only things I would say is that it was hard to get back dressed/ready in the room as it was so hot. So if there was a second room that we could be moved into to cool off and get dressed or provide robes to move from one room to the next it was just such a mad rush at the end to get dressed and get out.
Still LOVED the experience. Just felt too rushed to get out with it that hot in there 🤣
Such a great experience. Everyone was nice, welcoming and informative from the moment we stepped in the door. The suite was very well appointed and spotlessly clean. I loved that the atmosphere was customizable - from lighting, to music and TV options. The treatment itself was superb...the infrared sauna was a welcome change from the typical steam, and the cold plunge was the perfect contrast. My skin felt amazing after the final Vitamin C shower, and my body overall felt restored. I'll definitely be back!
