Everything! It was absolutely amazing. The staff member that checked me in and showed me around was friendly and informative. The whole experience felt absolutely amazing and luxurious.
I like the compactness of the space with so much to enjoy. the getting ready area was nice because it had so many items I would not need to bring along with me.

Everyone was so warm, friendly, and welcoming, and genuinely made the entire experience even better. It’s those little personal touches and outstanding customer service that really set a place apart!
The entire space had such a calming, luxurious vibe while still feeling approachable and comfortable. You can tell they put a lot of thought into every detail, from the cleanliness and organization to the overall atmosphere.
I left feeling completely refreshed, relaxed, and rejuvenated! Exactly what I was hoping for and more. I absolutely love the concept of making wellness and recovery something you can look forward to and genuinely enjoy.
10/10 experience all around! Between the incredible staff, beautiful space, and positive energy, SWTHZ exceeded my expectations. Such a wonderful way to invest in yourself and prioritize self-care. I can’t recommend it enough and will absolutely be back!
Great rooms and knowledgeable staff
I loved everything about my experience from the arrival and sweet girl at the front desk, don’t remember her name, to the whole experience of the amazing sauna, shower, and the love/ hate cold plunge. Everything was perfect! It was clean and very well setup! Loved it!
Front desk staff Devin (hope I am spelling his name right) was amazing, didn’t go into the whole song and dance trying to sell me which I REALLY appreciated and still showed me around and gave me the rundown of the location as I hadn’t been to this location before. Studio was clean, staff was friendly, suite was clean and quiet. Can’t wait to go back
I went with one of my besties. I loved it! It was such a vibe being able to go through sauna and cold plunge with a partner. Having a tv and being able to play music in the suite was the icing on the cake. We had so much fun as we sweat and froze lol I haven’t been able to stop talking about my great experience there with friends and people at the gym. Thanks for the great experience. Will look out for promotions ;-)

Beautiful, relaxing, perfect
A perfect experience! Between the infrared sauna and the cold plunge, we left feeling great. If only we could adjust the plunge to be even colder but that may not be feasible as it would take a while to adjust. If there could be rooms with 40 degree or colder plunges it would be awesome. Someday I hope for a red light therapy option here too.

Everything was great! However the tv sound would not connect and the sauna light was only red or white. The last time I could change to different colors
