It's a very new and modern space. Anthony did a great job explaining the facility to us, and my don and I thoroughly enjoyed sweating and freezing in the sauna and cold plunge.

It was simple and straightforward. Amenities were very clean and easy to operate. 60 minutes feels like just enough but also slightly not enough.

The layout was good, but it’s tight for 3 people. The recovery I experienced was very good. An hour is the right amount of time. The staff was accommodating.
