Great service, clean and comfortable facility
It felt very welcoming from the receptionist showing me around and explaining how the room works to the relaxing ambience. I wasn’t able to hear noise outside of the room, which was great. I’m eager to return at some point!

Very clean space, friendly employee at check in, had everything I needed, and love that it was super quiet in there so I could enjoy reading a book but also love that theres a tv if that’s what I want next time. Sauna was a great size and temp!
Personal space, new equipment, very clean and hygienic
Private room was a big improvement over a multi-person spa experience. Room was clean and well appointed- cold tub was cold and the sauna was hot. Exactly what I was looking for. The privacy helped me clear my head and focus.
Two small areas for improvement: allowing people to dim the lights as the room was a bit bright, and possibly offering longer experiences (90 mins?)
The woman at the front, Savannah, was super informative, sweet, and made me feel so welcome and at ease. I liked how quiet and clean the place was. It was very relaxing and an all around great experience.
