Both the staff and facility were wonderful
As first timers, the staff was very friendly and patient with our question. Overall it was a very good experience and we really enjoyed it.
This was my first visit, and I loved the sauna and refreshing Vitamin shower. I hadn’t planned to finish with the plunge, but I gave it a try—and left feeling completely rejuvenated. I could really feel the benefits, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

The whole experience was great from start to finish. Parm was welcoming and accommodating to our needs. The sauna is relaxing and the cold plunge is revitalizing. The place smells great too!
It was very relaxing
The experience is the best experience I’ve ever had. Started out in the infrared sauna, which was great. Got our bodies warm for the cold plunge and then dipped into the cold plunge. After that I went into the vitamin C shower. It was just awesome. It really felt like I was in a state of deep relaxation without even getting Massage after getting out of there I felt so Zen. It was the best experience ever.
The staff is warm and friendly. The is studio is always calm and quiet. The sauna, plunge and shower are always impeccably clean.
Incredible studio, very well kept and clean. I loved the easy to use infrared sauna with the TV, the cold plunge was amazing and the vitamin C shower added to the experience. My favorite part was the private suite, in that it wasn’t with a huge group, and was clothing optional.

I forgot the name of the girl who helped me when I arrived but she was so kind and explained everything very well and gave me the tour. I felt totally comfortable the whole time and overall had a great experience. And the ammortal machine was awesome!
I love Lana. I really liked how the speakers were set up in the sauna for the sauna. I will give it a 10 for the plunge. I would give it a 10 and for the vitamin C. I will give it a 10 overall experience was amazing and I will be coming back.
The spa suites are very clean and relaxing. I was walked through the process and the staff takes great care of you. Everything feels brand new.
I think it’s a great service and great environment. It’s something I will use when I am hungover or sick. I came home from 5 days in Mexico at an all inclusive so I was in bad shape and the session helped great

Very kind and friendly staff, the private room was amazing- the video was a bonus. I also appreciated the flavored water station at check-in, the extra towels and the use of hair dryers/lotion afterwards.
I figured out how to adapt to the cold plunge more as my session progressed. Glad I experienced it.
