Very relaxing and helpful staff
It was my first time ever doing a cold plunge and it’s been years since I’ve been in a sauna. Once my experience was over I went home and got the best sleep. I haven’t fell asleep so fast in a very long time and it was the best sleep I’ve had in a long time as well.
great customer service and overall experience. only note is that the TV in our room was not connected to our sauna. didn’t mind the silence though

Everything in one room was really nice (we had only been to SweatHouz Assembly pre-construction). The staff were nice and everything was stocked. The drink machine was not, which would have been nice as the flavored drinks sounded good but no problem. Overall, the room was nice and we enjoyed it.
Absolutely everything from start to finish. The warm welcome when I walked in… the relaxing experience in the privacy of my own suite… to the gracious smiles when I walked out. Cannot wait to book another experience.
Molly and Dax were great. Very accommodating and helpful—it would be great if sweathouse had some kind of drink or something in the rooms though. I usually go in the mornings or early afternoon and always need some kind of drink. If you guys could get a clean energy drink or something it would be a game changer
It’s an hour to myself to focus on recharging for the upcoming week. I look forward to it every week!

It was my first visit and I had a very thorough orientation to the facility. Everything was very clean and quiet. I really appreciate all the extras that are available for personal use. Can’t wait to come back.
