I absolutely loved everything about my experience here, from the moment we walked in the atmosphere was amazing. I cannot remember the lady’s name who showed us around but she was great and super informative. The suite was super clean and I will most definitely be back, if I lived closer I would totally purchase an a membership.
I cannot remember his name but the man at the front desk was great. Super friendly and helpful. This was my first time and enjoyed it. Clean space, sweet employees, and the eucalyptus towel?? Great touch. I'll definitely be back

This was set up from my sister for my birthday! From the time we walked in I felt welcome. It was my first time so the sweet girl working gave me a tour and talked me through everything. Even had a Happy Birthday card in my room! After the sauna, shower and cold plunge I felt ALIVE yet super chill and relaxed. After the experience she asked how it was and it was a 10/10 for me! You have made a return customer out of me!
I loved how I could customize my experience, from what music I listened to to how long I spend using each modality. I could have stayed in the sauna for much longer than I did - it felt great!

Wonderful overall experience, having a private suite with everything all together. Very clean and well organized layout and the TV/music was an added benefit. Corinna was very helpful and informative - thank you! Whenever I'm in town, I will be back!

The staff is welcoming, friendly, and helpful! And this begins with Jai (don’t know how to spell his name). The sauna and the plunges are super clean. The atmosphere in the individual rooms and in the entire complex is serene and restorative.
I like that the experience is customizable with the music and tv, all clean up is handled by staff and the extras like hair ties and makeup remover wipes and beauty bar are a really nice touch!
