The entire experience from start to finish was professional, clean, well explained, and the amenities were top tier!!!! This was my first time and I thoroughly enjoyed myself!
The check in was very easy and the staff was very nice and friendly. The sauna room was also very clean and comfortable. The only one thing was getting in and out of the cold plunge tub was extremely dangerous. There were numerous times that me and my guest tripped and almost fell and hit our head getting out of the tub.
