The staff was amazing! Super friendly and welcoming. John did a fantastic job explaining everything. Love sauna, Vit C shower, and cold plunge tub, but all the staff there were next level.
The timer was great with keeping us on track to be able to experience it all. Loved the private suite had it all in one place.
Truly everything about it was great! My only complaints are I was told that the tv would play over the speakers in the sauna and it didn’t so I felt like I had to have it up loud. This was also my first time cold plunging so I was excited to try it and I loved it but the timer in my room didn’t work and I didn’t want my phone to be getting all wet so I had no idea how long I was doing it for which sucked. I loved the vitamin c shower and overall the whole experience was great. The get ready bar was so fun to sit and do my hair after the vanity’s were a little dirty but overall cute vibe. Staff was super friendly as well!

I liked the wellness aspect. Something I can’t do at home - Sauna and Cold Plunge. I was surprised at how much I liked the vitamin c shower … I didn’t think it would do much, but my skin and hair were so soft!
