First time at SweatHouz and I loved it! My fiance and I went after a workout class and it was the perfect way to recover and relax. The private room was clean, beautiful and had all the amenities we needed(towels, hair ties, bag for wet cold plunge clothes, makeup wipes, wifi information, etc.). 10/10 experience, I will definitely be returning.
I really enjoy the sauna/cold plunge experience, the facility is clean, the staff is friendly, and I love the convenience of scheduling appointments via text.

62 minutes is very generous. Don’t know why but setting 60 then ask you a question so you lose a minute bothers me. Not here. Very kind and showers got hot!
