Because I am a 65 year old athlete who has all the aches & pains from the various forms of exercise, the cold plunge after the 175 degree infrared sauna is amazingly rejuvenating. My ankles, knees and hips feel awesome afterwards!!!
Very courteous, informative, knowledgeable. The lobby, suite and beauty bar were clean. Since this was my first time there, I really didn’t know what to expect and the whole experience was very comfortable and relaxing the moment I walked in the door.
How relaxing it was and how you felt shut off to the world. I also liked how you could turn the tv on and have the speaker in the sauna.
Rebecca was super helpful guiding me through the process as well as giving me a tour of the facilities.

I like that the studio setup is peaceful and everything is neat and near, Pro tip. I think it would be better if you guys had water stations and each studio instead of having to use your phone to contact the Front desk and already have extra towels. Secondly, the floor was a little slippery. I almost lost my footing, so I would advise putting something adhesive between the sauna to the cold plunge for safety besides that I WILL BE BACK
