I loved the private rooms that allowed you to go from hot to cold as much as you liked. I also enjoyed being able to listen to music or watch a movie as I Ienjoyed the therapeutic sauna

I really appreciate that all the staff is always very friendly and welcoming. They always keep the entire building clean without it smelling like chemicals like some other saunas I have been to. 10/10 great all around.

It was cool being able to share the room with my boyfriend. So easy and relaxed. Nice to have the option of listening to my music. The hairdryers in the back are great.

I enjoyed my experience. I took a few tries for me to settle in the cold plunge but when I did, I was able to dip my entire body in for about 1 min and 30 secs.
