I liked how clean and attractive the sweets were. I really liked doing both the sauna and the and the cold plunge. I think I’m likely to come back occasionally. I am retired and have Medicare and it would be nice to be able to use silver sneakers or Renew Active at a discounted rate especially during the daytime when it didn’t look too busy.
I like having my own suite. I can go at my own pace. The amenities were nice!

Clean, efficient, liked the AirPlay, had never done cold plunge which I liked. First time for infrared. I put it on 175 and it was a good sweat. Wouldn’t want less than that.
Clean rooms, friendly staff, love the contrast therapy routine.
The spa was clean and quiet. Inviting yet relaxing scent. The staff was amazing and explained what to expect well. Planning to do another session or 2 before getting a membership but will definitely be coming on a regular basis and recommending SWTHZ to friends and family!
