Loved it!!!! I did forget to mention to the ladies up front that the speaker in the sauna in room 2 might need to be looked at. It was very static-y and went in and out a lot.

Customer service was exceptional (Michelle & Jennifer I think manager) the services were great! Infrared sauna cold plunge and vitamin C. Shower was so amazing.

Everything was smooth and peaceful. I particularly liked that the staff was not pushy with package and membership conversations. They gave us the info and let us make our own decisions without forcing anything.
A very detailed welcome. Clean amenities. Very zen. My only recommendation is having disposable combs/brushes for guests. The man who helped us was very knowledgeable and kind.

The lady that checked us in (I believe her name was either Kenzie or Kelsey) was lovely and very thorough in explaining the suite to us as this was our first time. I enjoyed the private suite and all the amenities included, even though I was pretty wimpy about the cold plunge. Definitely will return!
Brooke was so accommodating and was quick to adjust my room to make sure I had a higher degree room when someone cancelled.
She is the best and deserves a huge raise!!!!!!!

Love the vibe, and how easy it was to check in. Melissa did a wonderful job at explaining everything. The infused water along with the Dyson dryer was perfect to end the experience. Will be back.
I hate that im placed in the SAME room everytime I attend. The cold tub is always at 65 degrees when it should be 49 degrees like the other rooms . Ive mentioned this before and it seems like and nobody is checking. If i wanted the temp raised to a higher setting I would have stated.
I noticed the tub wasn't cleaned properly as the waterline suction area had dirt stuck inside. I cleaned it with a clorox wipe i had.
Outside of those gripes I still attend as i do love the service for the most part and like the staff.

Excellent facilities and staff
Loved it. It was my first time using an infrared sauna. I will say I prefer the instant heat from a traditional sauna, especially after a cold plunge, but it was still very good. I love the setup of the suites too.
We were greeted by a very friendly employee. She showed us everything in detail as it was our first visit.

The environment was clean and modern. The suite was clean and comfortable. The staff were all kind, informative and very helpful. I liked receiving the scented towels. It was a great experience. I appreciated feeling encouraged to return, but not pressured. Jenn and Summer were great!
