i love sweathouz but i wish the floor was non slip, its very dangerous when going back and forth between cold plunge and sauna with a slippery concrete floor. Also i wish i could see the clock while i was in the sauna as i can’t bring my phone in the sauna. other than that i really love the facility. always clean and staff is always nice.

Staff was friendly and informative. Facility was clean throughout. Felt very private and relaxing. Really amazing experience and we will definitely be coming back. Introductory price is a great deal to have folks get to dip their toe and see what it’s like. Had a bit of trouble with the speakers in the sauna in room 2 but could have been user error.

The facilities were clean, modern & they thought of everything to make your experience comfortable (bags for wet clothes, makeup wipes, hair dryers, etc) so I could focus on rejuvenation. The staff was super helpful & welcoming my first time so I knew exactly what to expect. I’d def recommend.
