I went yesterday for the first time. First of all, the 2 girls working were so sweet and friendly! They were also very knowledgeable. The whole experience was fun, yet relaxing. My body is full of arthritis and I have tendinitis, due to 2 major joint replacements and another recent surgery. I’m really excited to see how my body reacts to it! I’ll definitely be going again soon, and even more if my body is benefiting from it!
I had a great experience! It felt very therapeutic especially the sauna, I loved how it to a nice 175 inside and the vitamin C shower was beautiful. Marley was a great host, she gave me a detailed description of how everything works and I felt super welcomed :) 10/10 coming back

First time at SweatHouz and I loved it! My fiance and I went after a workout class and it was the perfect way to recover and relax. The private room was clean, beautiful and had all the amenities we needed(towels, hair ties, bag for wet cold plunge clothes, makeup wipes, wifi information, etc.). 10/10 experience, I will definitely be returning.
