The spa is beautiful and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. The staff were friendly and attentive. Appreciated the whole experience while I’m going through an emotional time, it was the empathy and wellness that was needed. I love the touch of the beauty bar and soaps that smell amazing.

Due to parking issues, we arrived late and we could spend only 20 min Sauna and 6 min in Cold Plunge. Next time, we would plan to come early to get full experience

How relaxing the whole experience was!
The private suite was clean and comfortable, the sauna felt amazing, the cold plunge was invigorating, and the shower made me feel so clean and soft. It's absolutely worth the cost and I've already recommended it to friends and prepaid for my next session. I have chronic pain and this is going to be my new feel-good spa day routine.

Staff were very friendly and informative on the equipment and best practices to get the most out of the experience. Staff gave recommendations on the order of sauna/shower/cold plunge. Great experience, will be back.
