Ahhhhhmazing experience! Tried it one time and was hooked! Try it! If contrast therapy is your thing.... this is where it's at! Even if it isn't, this is still where it's at! The staff was just as amazing as the sauna, cold tub and the ambiance! Definitely, I recommend!
