What I did not like is your online booking. I paid $40 for my first session at 5:15pm. When I arrived I did not have an appointment. You should not take my money unless I have a confirmed appointment.

Mostly I like the fact you have your own suit / privacy . I enjoyed the comfortability it provided. I challenged myself to do the cold plunge and was able to do it just not as long as I’d like .

If I could give 1 suggestion tho , cleaning hair from the cold plunge tub, mine had a bit of hair in it . Other than that I loved the entire experience.

The only thing I might like to see is the ability to lower the temp on the plunge.

EVERYTHING!! The feeling afterwards is AMAZING. My body was relaxed in a not exhausting way. I got my rest. Today, I got up rejuvenated for sure. Had a great workout
