Front desk girl was very nice and helpful. Love the quality of the room. Sauna was very hot and easy to control. Cold plunge and shower were great.
The only thing I had an issue with was connecting my phone to the Bluetooth in suite 3.

Great service and facility. I’d give it a 10 if there was a reclining option, maybe for red light therapy to get that spa treatment. Would be great to have a hand shower option as well.

The Customer service was great. The gentleman who spoke to me on the phone gave me clear directions for parking and made sure the sauna was set to the right temperature before I arrived.
