The staff were very welcoming and the spa looked very clean. You have a great selection of drinks. The suite looked very clean and the soaps in the shower spelled amazing. I loved the sauna and spent a good amount of my time in it. The heat level kept going up and down though. The cold plunge tub is very nice but the box on the side of it made it another obstacle to get over and I worry about falling. I held the wall and tub to get in and out. I am booked for a different suite on my next visit. Overall, the appearance of the suites with the marble wall tiles made it feel like a luxury. But the best part is how quiet it was. At any other spa, there’s people talking loudly or playing games on their phones but there wasn’t any of that which I was glad for. It’s nice in general not to have to deal with crowds.

I came to SWTHZ on a date night with my husband and had the best time. We both felt so amazing after alternating the infrared sauna with cold plunge and the vitamin c shower. It was like the best rush of endorphins I’ve had in a while. I tried the light therapy bed too which was so relaxing. The facility was super clean and luxurious and I’m already planning my next visit!!
