I visited SweatHouz today and absolutely loved every minute of my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the incredibly friendly front desk staff- Joey Ortiz, who set such a welcoming and positive tone.
The sauna was incredible, the vibe throughout the whole space was calm and relaxing, and the Vitamin C shower was such a refreshing touch. But the real showstopper for me was the cold plunge. I managed a full three minutes, and I feel amazing—energized, clear, and renewed.
I enjoyed my visit so much that I purchased the Black Friday deal (three sessions for $99), so I’ll definitely be back soon. Highly recommend SweatHouz for anyone looking to relax, reset, and elevate their wellness routine!

The facility is clean, inviting and very nicely put together. The young woman working was kind and knowledgeable. The room was set up and ready for my arrival. I couldn’t have had a better first experience. Loved it!!

I love that the first session was only $25 for the infrared sauna, the cold plunge and the vitamin C bath, as well as having a little beauty bar to dry your hair with and curling irons
And the staff was very kind and helpful

It was clean, relaxing, the perfect hour to wind down before the Thanksgiving craziness. The shower was great loved vitamin C filter, the sauna was amazing, cold Pludge as expected but much needed. The only thing that would make it absolutely perfect is adding lotion. Even had Dyson hair dryer and straightener to do hair! Absolutely wonderful and great way say thanks to your body
That i did a full minute in the cold plunge. I also enjoyed that I took the time for me.

Very friendly staff. Excellent facility. Spotless. The Sahara Desert sauna and arctic iceberg plunge - BRUTAL! LOL Vitamin C shower, a blissful middle ground just before sensory shock overload!! But it's not good, it's FANTASTIC! Say it like Arnold - "OWL BE BAWK!" Goong to take advantage of the Black Friday offer. My back and knees been eggin' me on for the past month, after this? Discomfort gone!!! Already told my Pal about this joint. Lookin' to get him a complementary visit from the 5 star review I left on Google.
