The infrared sauna, clod plunge, level of intimacy and privacy
I like the privacy and the entire experience.
Also the promotion to get the session for $30 is amazing. I also was able to bring a guest for free.
It seemed some things in the sauna didn’t work. It might have been user error. But I couldn’t get the small round lights in the ceiling inside the sauna to work. Also the speakers inside the sauna for the tv wouldn’t come on. The help button wasn’t working either . We were in suite 8. The host admitted the help button didn’t work. Also the actual time on the clock above the door was wrong. But the timer certainly was accurate .

Loved everything about it TBH. Just wish the bluetooth was working in our suite to be able to listen to music or TV etc. Other than that it was truly awesome!

I really enjoy the customer service and how knowledgeable they were of the product they were selling. Sometimes they go into gyms or sometimes they go into services like that and the person of the Front Desk has no clue what they’re talking about and they have to constantly say I don’t know I don’t know I don’t know. So that was really cool and I just really enjoyed how warm and friendly they were there was there’s a certain guy and he was just really nice and down to earth and it made the experience better
