Client Testimonials
We had a lovely experience - our first time, we did 3 rounds of sauna, shower, cold plunge, the first dip was quite a shock, the other two felt amazing - we’re already talking about coming back - one suggestion though, we wish you had a 90min slots, an extra 30min would have been perfect - the suite was super clean and spacious enough for two, even though we’d like to try the double suite once available as well - the staff was super nice - overall just a wonderful experience - thank you!
Absolutely enjoyed my experience. Very relaxed. Staff was great and very friendly. Very clean space. Highly recommend.
I had my first experience at Sweat Houz and really enjoyed it! The entire experience was relaxing, and I especially loved the infrared sauna. I even worked up the courage to try the cold plunge for the first time!
Giovanni was awesome! He was welcoming, friendly, and took the time to walk me through everything, which made my first visit even better. I left feeling great and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!
We were greeted with such classy and professional team member. She was very thorough and made sure that we had everything we need for our visit. She even went above and beyond and gave me information on how My Daughter could apply for a job within the organization. We love it there!
