today was my first time and I absolutely loved it. The room was very clean and set up very nicely and comfortably. Yesterday, I went in for a preview and Katie was absolutely wonderful. Today, I met up with Brianna and she was wonderful as well. Great customer service so far and a great experience. I will continue to come!
The private suites makes it easier to relax and focus on the contrast therapy. The staff are extremely warming and friendly.

Friendly staff, clean facilities, and overall experience was awesome! Left the SWTHZ and was so relaxed that I went to bed and had amazing sleep. Next day, I could feel an improvement in my muscle aches.
The whole experience was great. I especially enjoyed the sauna and vitamin c shower. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

Felt great and it was a good experience. Wife wasn’t working so the TVs weren’t functional and there was no Bluetooth for music which was a little disappointing. As a first timer it was explained well and a good experience for my wife and I on a date night. We’ve already had one other couple we told try it after us!

It was great very happy from start to finish! From the moment you walk in the door the whole atmosphere is relaxing and helpful even for a first timer.
The staff were so friendly and explained everything so well. The suite was lovely.
The privacy was great, the sauna worked better than I expected, and the cold plunge was a perfect finish. The sauna isn’t as hot as your traditional, but if you give it some time you get a good sweat. Same with the cold plunge not being the coldest, but you give it a few minutes and you’ll get cold enough lol.
It was amazing! It had such a great first time experience, I will be back!

The staff was very friendly and amenities were very clean. Loved the Dyson blow dryer. Cold plunge at the perfect temperature.
The feeling I felt after my session. And the selection of waters. The whole experience was awesome! The cold plunge was intense and I didn’t think I would last the full duration. But once I was in, I locked myself mentally in. Will be coming back for more.
Staff was really nice and helpful. Very knowledgeable. Unique experience would come back.
