I liked previous experiences but the session that I had on 4/18/2026 was a disappoint. The sauna did not get hot at all. We informed the attendant and he came in and pushed some buttons but it still did not get hot.
This was our first time visiting and it was a nice experience. Staff was professional, and friendly.
I liked that the cold plunge was right next to the sauna. It helps for when you’re needing to make quick transitions. I also liked how the cold plunge is deep enough to get my whole body. And I liked how you don’t have to climb to high to get in and out of the cold plunge. The staff was amazing as well.

Everything was fantastic. The staff is friendly and lovely. Everything was clean and working perfectly. Absolutely the best date night all around.
Great experience from start to finish. We were welcomed by a pleasant team member, who provided us with a walkthrough/tour. Our session time was amazing, and the small added details were surprising (hair ties, make up wipes, etc). We ended with signing up for the membership and can’t wait to come back. Thank you all!

Staff was extremely kind and knowledgeable. Loved the music in the sauna. Commercials on the tv interrupted the experience a few times. Also, to find out the cold plunge water isn’t change after each session is kind of eh.
