I felt very rushed - watching the time count down. Seeing the sign in the sauna - felt more pressure- since it stated any time outside the 60 min =$20 charge. So I felt more pressured to be out, 5 minutes before the time stopped. Then I felt more stressed, because the fire alarm kept going off for 20 minutes straight. So I wasn’t sure if I had to stay in or go outside. I had to ask twice, if I should get out of the room. I like the concept, but it was really stressful. I wished I did the soundbath red light therapy trial instead.

I love how private each room is it felt very comfortable and all the people working there are totally normal and say thank you and you’re welcome which I feel is pretty rare for some unknown reason. Also it’s sooooo clean in there which of course is expected for a spa but i mean you can totally tell they actually deep clean.
