The complete sauna experience. I don’t care for the “Steamed Saunas”, they make me feel claustrophobic but the infrared red was the complete opposite. I loved it. I could sit there for the complete hour. I enjoyed the Vitamin-C shower and the plunge, I gave it two minutes. I experienced and survived. I’m not sure if I’ll do that again. I look forward to my next experience.
I loved the whole private suite. It was amazing. The shower made my skin and hair so soft. The cold tub was tricky to get used to but oh man I love love love it!!!
