The vitamin c shower helped my skin and hair from just one visit. The cold plunge helped my inflammation and sore muscles- great post-gym recovery!

it was honestly my first time going in a cold plunge and vitamin C shower. I have had previously gone to a sauna, but never with infrared lights. I would definitely do it again.

Did not know it was a paid parking lot. Had a surprise on my windshield when I came out. This took away some of the benefits of the session.
We had a session on 2/18 at 5pm. Our experience was wonderful! The woman who assisted us was so kind, professional and helpful! She was very welcoming, we will return because of her kindness. The first time in the cold plunge and we stayed in for 5 minutes! Definitely challenging but very fulfilling.
Space was very clean. Sauna got up to 173 pretty quick. Shower was great and cold plunge made me angry. Exactly what it's supposed to do!! Nah, cold plunge work perfect. Spacious and cold. Everything was easy to operate.
The space was beautiful and relaxing! We had enough time to enjoy all aspects of the contrast therapy!
