Easy to book, great intro rate, private suited, friendly staff and spotless facilities.
I enjoy the private suites that include everything you would need. Towels, cold washcloth,makeup remover, deodorant, etc. They are clean and comfortable. It’s always been easy going when I go. The timers are helpful and I like that I’m not rushed. (Usually given a couple minutes extra to change in and out) I don’t take advantage but it’s nice to be able to use the full time. I wish it was a bit geographically closer to me, since I live in Flower Mound, I do appreciate when there is a sale on packages as well. I prefer being able to do sauna, cold plunge and vitamin c shower all together in one room. Some places don’t have a setup like that.
How clean everything was and the complimentary items included up front. I like that you truly can get a whole hour to yourself, and it's timed, so how you want to do your wellness routine is solely up to you in your own suite.

The facilities at SweatHouz Pasadena were delightful. I absolutely loved my hour treating my body — I especially loved being able to share it with a friend. The team there was so friendly and welcoming. It was a really wonderful experience.

The joint was clean and the staff professional and friendly.
I loved the private contrast therapy experience. The only down side was not being able to control the temperature of the room. Cold air in the cold plunge area made it harder to enjoy. Other than that it was great.

Everything! The representative/host was very welcoming and answered all of our questions before we went into the suite. The suite was very clean and the experience was awesome! Took away all aches and pains. Definitely will visit again!

The saunas were so relaxing and the vitamin c showers were great. The body wash smelled so good and left my skin feeling amazing.

Clean, upscale, simple to check in. The little things go a long way like the Bevi machine at the front and a little timer to bring to the cold plunge. The sauna was pre-heated at 165 and ready to go which was great. Only thing is I wish there were options on the cold plunge to have a colder tub. The 50° tub was nice but I woupd have liked something closer to 40° if possible.
Wesley gave me a nice tour of thr facility and made sure I had a good experience from the time I walked in until the time I left. The ONLY reason im giving it a 9 and not a 10 is I feel like this place could've been a little cleaner. My coldplunge had multiple hairs I had to pick out before using unfortunately. But other than that great facility

I liked having my own personal space. It was also very welcoming. Whoever was at the front desk was great and showed me how to do everything.
The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful to explain how to use the sauna, vitamin c shower, and cold plunge. After my session, they explained the different memberships. They offered me water, and helped me to use the dispenser. It was my first time and I scheduled another visit to experience it again.
-Informative upon arrival (i was a first timer, if you want my money let me know whats going on, they did)
-Cleanliness (or else im outy!)
-Private suites (i can deal with shared facilities but private ones wins the day)
-Afterwards (i felt great)
I will always have a great experience at both locations in Houston. The only thing that really kind of like threw me off. I really didn’t get a timer for my session. I know it’s not a big deal, but I like to keep track of which rotation I’m in during my session.
