First time in a contrast therapy setting and loved it. Bella at the front desk was great walking me through the best way to move through the sauna, shower, and cold plunge. Felt incredibly invigorated afterwards and my mood was way boosted. Recommended it to a friend as soon as I left! Will definitely be back at some point at this location or another.

I’ve been going to Sweathouz Frisco for several months now, and it has become my favorite location—not just because it’s close to home, but because the staff here is truly exceptional. I’ve visited other Sweathouz locations, but the Frisco team consistently stands out.
They always greet me by name when I walk in, and they go above and beyond every single visit. My suite is always prepared with all my preferences, including an extra towel without me even needing to ask. The level of consistency and attention to detail is amazing.
Scheduling is also extremely easy. I usually book through text message, but the app works great too. The staff is very accommodating, and they’ve squeezed me into fully booked days more than once—including this past Saturday, when I called last minute with no appointment and they still made it happen. I really appreciated that.
The sauna and cold plunge suites are always spotless, well-maintained, and ready to go. Every experience has been smooth and relaxing.

Staff is very professional, helpful, and informative about the whole process. Experience was so relaxing and really nice to have your own space to do all 3 of the things on your own time. Really nice that they have all the hair products after as well as the water and towels beforehand. They really have thought of everything to make the whole experience perfect from start to finish, would love to go back!!
