Loved the initial tour of the suite. Everyone was friendly and happy. The experience of the sauna, the Vitamin C shower, and the cold plunge was outstanding. I didn’t know what to expect, but the combo made me feel rejuvenated, peaceful, and my skin felt amazing! I will certainly be back!
Double sauna so that I could go with a friend. Unisex. Clean and friendly.
Sauna temp was already high when we arrived, so we did not have to wait for it to heat up.

It’s a quiet spa like experience. Great for winding down and relaxing.
The room had all the amenities! Was very calming. I wish the room was set up differently. It was hard to get in and out of the plunge tub.
The vitamin C shower was incredible and the sauna I wish I had in my home! Staff was very friendly and helpful!

This was always on my bucket list and today is my first wellness journey change anniversary and wanted to celebrate it by doing this. It was the best experience and felt great than ever. Definitely this is a wise and intelligent addition to my wellness routine. It even helped to eased my neck and knee pain.
Also kudos to Sydney and Nick for a great tour and very informative explanation of the benefits of the contrast therapy.
