Loved how clean the room was. Loved the vitamin C shower and orange scented body wash. The sauna is small, but fine for a couple. No way to lie down. Perhaps provide more towels?The floor was very slippery.
I liked being able to try a cold plunge for the first time. Is it right for me, I don't think I would benefit from it. Due to having RA and Fibromyalgia the cold really hurt my joints. For me the more I move the better I feel (although it hurts to move). Mentally I can push the pain into the back of my head while I am doing something. Just sitting for an hour in the heat, then the cold just wasn't for me. Also the pressure to keep an eye on the clock to make sure I wasn't in the sauna too long or the plunge. That was too much. It might be a benefit to another person, but not for me.

I've been going to this SweatHouz for 8 months. The experience has been good but I’ve been going to a 1.0, this was my first time going to a 2.0 and I really like the room layout with the cold plunge in the room. Staff was also very friendly. Will continue to recommend SweatHouz to most of my friends and family or anyone I think a sauna and cold plunge will benefit.
