The set up was lovely. Room felt very private. The sauna/shower/cold plunge was a great triad. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Would come again.

The Suite was perfect and they thought of everything I might need while spending my time in there. It was helpful to have the clock so I could track my rotations from the sauna and cold plunge.

Everything was perfect and amazing but one thing I’d recommend is adding drinks and snacks to the complete experience. Maybe cold water or cold juice and a snack as part of it because with all that steam we ran out to eat sushi lol but it was amazing it was so good everything was perfect. Something else I’d recommend, we’re Muslim so we wear hijab and men can’t see our hair, so I think hair dryers and a getting ready mirror should be either added to each suite or it’s more private with curtains so we can do our hair.

Loved that it was a private room. I was a little disappointed in that the sauna didn’t get hotter. I also think the drain on the shower may have been clogged (sauna 7)

The whole experience was a 10/10- so relaxing and rejuvenating! Bre was so accommodating and showed us how to use everything to make the most of our experience. This was the perfect girls afternoon out! If I lived closer I would definitely get a membership, but I wait to go back for my next self-care day. Access to the fancy hair tools at the end was the cherry on top! I will definitely be back!
