What I liked about my experience was how my body felt afterwards. I felt so much less sore and had way more energy. Everyone was so kind and welcoming and I can’t wait to go back!

All of it. Pleasant check in and tour. Loved the sauna. Never did the plunge pool before. Lasted about 20 seconds but it felt great after.

Generally, the staff has been gracious and positive with queries regarding scheduling. The phone issues experienced were frustrating but glad they are resolved.
