The whole experience is meditative.
From walking into the front door to exiting the facility. I liked every part of it. From the introduction of the facility, the use and the instructions as well as the expectations. Its an awesome place and I will be back. There is one thing that happened, was the sound inside the sauna came on quiet loud. The TV was off. It eventually went off.

Honestly, the whole experience was great. I went with a friend on a guest pass. The facility is clean, the staff really nice, and the amenities top notch. I didnt use it, but the hair station is a great idea. If one was closer to my house id consider a membership.

Enjoyed the private room experience with the cold water plunge, shower, and sauna. Bonus was the monitor to watch TV shows, listen to music, or watch a short movie. The mood lighting was amazing also.
