I enjoyed my experience at SweatHouz!!! I wish I could extend an hour on my intro session lol. The cold plunge bath was challenging but I overcame my fear and felt amazing afterwards. I look forward to many more SweatHouz sessions!!!!

The venue is clean, cozy, simple yet looking elegant; very friendly personnel; great relaxing experience.
Only enhancement would be to get the sauna preheated to the desired level, or close to it.
