We loved the concept. Everything was very clean and nice, and yielded the expected benefits. We also really liked the hostess. She was very hospitable and did a great job explaining everything and answering our questions.

Friendliness of front desk staff
Everything was extremely friendly and it was an amazing experience. I would only recommend having another bench in the rooms that accommodates two people because there wasn’t enough space for belongings, especially since it’s during the winter season and people are coming in with more gear.
