The sauna and cold plunge experience does taking getting used to for sure. That said it is absolutely a great experience and I truly feel unbelievable the rest of the day after I go. I just wish I can fit more in my schedule.

Very well appointed and super clean. I will definitely be back. My one piece of constructive advice would be to make sure that the hair drying area is sweep up after use… When I left, it felt a little bit like a hair salon with lots of long hair all over the floor.

The experience was 15/10 — as soon as we walked in the door we were welcomed and taken care of. The suite was perfect for my sister and I to relax and rejuvenate. We felt amazing after the sauna, vitamin C shower, and soak. I can’t wait to book again!
