I liked how I was greeted when I entered the studio. The tour was nice and informative. I appreciated how the front desk associate help me understand the process of the treatment. The studio and suite were clean and I was provided water to stay hydrated during my session. I enjoyed the sauna, shower and cold plunge. I booked my next appointment before I left I really enjoyed it. I told my brother and mom about my experience and recommended they give it a try.

Everything was amazing. The staff was kind and so eager to assist and share information about the experience. The room was clean, and had everything I needed before I even walked in. I loved everything about it. Sweathouz made my body feel amazing after a tough week of working out. I highly recommend to anyone who works out or just wants to try something new.

My husband and I enjoyed every bit of our experience. The sauna was my favorite part. Being in there and sweating it all out felt amazing. I attempted the cold plunge but it was too cold for me and my body reacted in a weird way. But my husband did it for the recommended 3 minutes and then again for a minute in a half. I was impressed. The vitamin c shower was also nice. That was the best hour. My husband said he felt great, light, and rejuvenated. We will be going back.
