I’ve been to Lakeview and West Loop and as a facility they are great and comparable. The reception at Lakeview is much more welcoming and present. I walked into the West Loop location and the attendant was on her computer and barely greeted me. She did get up to get me a scented towel. When I left she was still on her computer. Very quick interactions in and out. If it was based on this I would hands down go to Lakeview every time. I was in suite 7 and the clock is in a position that you can only see it while in the sauna. It’s not the best place. I feel like I need it most while in the cold plunge since the sauna has its own timer. Also, my preferred sauna settings were not ready for me when I got in the sauna. It is always at Lakeview. It’s the little things that matter when the interactions are brief.

Staff was super friendly. Rooms were well kept and clean and they were not pushy into having me buy a package right away since I’m still deciding which one works best for me so I loved that!

Great service and clean suites
I loved it. I have a cold plunge at home and pretty much do it daily at 52 degrees, so I’m used to cold plunging. The addition of the infrared sauna was most excellent. My wife got me the three sessions for $99 for my birthday. I brought my headphones and listened to some sweet binaural beats while I was there 🤘
