I enjoy the tranquility of the suite. I enjoyed the red light therepy which I tried for the first time. I enjoyed the overall experience. The vitamin C shower is great however if there was a way to shut off the Vitamin C part once done and get normal water pressure for a good shower with pressure it would enhance the overall experience.

We walked in to a friendly greeting, a thorough explanation of services and benefits, and a great experience overall! I would recommend for first timers, to send a confirmation email with what to expect and what to bring with. They would be my only critic, however we had a wonderful experience overall!

The privacy of cold plunging and sauna on my own! I felt like a queen
The Personal were helpful, accommodating and informative. The suite we clean and very welcoming. Surround sound speakers were on point. And the availability to watch barious things on various apps was cool. The whole experience was relaxing. Oh and easy check-in and quickly escorted to your suite. My experience was a memorable.

Literally all of it!!! The trio of the cold plunge, sauna, and vitamin C shower just genius! The room was clean, smelled good, even the lighting was perfect! The only sad part was that it was the fastest hour of my life
