Beautiful space, incredible service, and an all-around fantastic experience. We’re drawn to the health benefits of regular sauna use, and this made it feel indulgent and spa-like in the best way. Absolutely perfect.

The staff were warm and welcoming. They provided me a bottle of water as a new customer. They showed me around. The bath had jets that weren’t overly strong and causing discomfort but cold enough to shock my system. My skin felt soft after the vitamin C shower. The TV with music connected to the sauna was nice. I didn’t feel pressure to get a membership. All round good experience. I do contrast 5 days a week and if it was closer, I’d definitely switch.

The staff was very welcoming, unassuming, and very helpful. They wanted to make my experience great, and that was evident. The rooms were clean, accommodating, and peaceful. Of course the benefits of contrast therapy are why I went but I felt like the entire atmosphere was relaxing. Excited to go back.

The front desk was very welcoming! The space itself was clean and actually a lovely space to be in. I think it’s a really cool opportunity to try something new and see what works with your body with sauna vs. cold plunge. Price wise, it’s a bit steep, but well worth doing every once in a while. Will definitely give it another go! My body felt so awake and grounded afterwards.

Calm, clean, quiet experience. As a fan of saunas it was very enjoyable especially as we are in an area where there are few great sauna experiences.
It was the reset that I needed after a busy several days. The setting is just right, the staff is friendly, and an hour is a perfect amount of time for what I need.
I loved the individuality of it and the serenity! It was so peaceful even being with a friend and such a fun experience!

I love it. However I would like less chlorine in the cold plunge. It really hurt my skin.
