It was enough time to cycle through twice! Shower was also a great touch so you can leave and get right back to your day. The bags for swim suits and eucalyptus towels were also a great extra touch!

Staff friendly and helpful explaining everything as it was first visit. Good all around experience and excited for membership to start at Santa Monica location. Facilities appeared to be clean, although did not ask about sanitation of cold plunge between uses and would like to know.
Of course I enjoyed the company of my good friend Stacy and the conversation was a great distraction from the cold plunge! It was relaxing and invigorating at the same time!

Very good. We were a bit late and took a bit of time to get us in the room as the computer system at first did not have our reservation, so lost 20 minutes and it was a bit hectic. Sometimes traffic prevents getting places 10 minutes early as recommended!
Modern, clean, well maintained and functional immersion therapy facility. I do wish for a new facility, that loosens knobs in showers and sauna doors would be addressed. Sometimes there is hair/particles in the cold plunge that should be treated before next appointment.

The little freshen up station we used before we left is super nice. Especially when you have other things to do and you're not going straight home.
