The staff was very welcoming and detailed in explaining the benefits of contrast therapy. We received a quick tour and then went into our suite. The session was just what we needed to give our muscle recovery a boost. We definitely will be back soon!

Everything. The front desk employee was so welcoming and informative. The contrast studio was clean and so relaxing. The Dyson tools for my hair afterwards were awesome, 10/10 for the whole experience!!!

The facility was clean, modern, and very relaxing from the moment I walked in. What I liked most was having access to multiple wellness therapies in one place, especially the infrared sauna and cold plunge. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit.Would definitely recommend.

I had never used a cold plunge before but have used saunas regularly. The cold plunge experience was amazing. The staff member who me to my room gave me very good tips for my first time in the cold plunge. Overall it was a great experience.

Absolutely the best experience. Chloe and Priscilla was so attentive and informative for my first visit. The facilities were ubberly clean and soothing. I got to move at my own pace and even completed 15 second cold plunge. I can’t wait for my next visit.
I liked all the amenities there were, it felt like a spa day for me and my daughter.

The intimate setting and the cleanliness of the environment
The ambiance and the equipment are great. Kevin did a great job facilitating our experience. My only suggestion is I would prefer the sauna to be at max heat to start. It takes almost the full hour to get to 173.
Overall It was a really relaxing experience!! The cold plunge was a bit much for me but I think I will get used to it the more I go lol! But the sauna and shower were amazing!! I highly recommend you treat yourself and try it!!
