I like being able to unplug and refresh myself in a private space, and while the cold plunge and the sauna at the gym is great, it's so much better when I'm not sharing and I have a TV available. The staff is always friendly and efficient, and I know exactly what experience I'm going to have every time. No complaints

The ladies at the front desk were phenomenal, the room was beautiful and relaxing, and the blow drying station was a pleasant surprise. The only suggestion I have is to have a couple purse hooks or something by the blow drying station. 10 out of 10 experience!

It was very clean and private. I loved the thoughtfulness of the products provided to freshen up with and the quality of the products. The staff was very friendly and informative. We will definitely be back to do this again, unfortunately we live far away and are here on a weekend stay, so we didn’t purchase the packages offered, but very much plan to come again. I feel very relaxed and it has elevated our stay and my husband's birthday.

I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The staff member helping me, Rosie, was very warm and kind. When I arrived, she guided me through what to anticipate with my first experience. The amenities appeared to be clean and sterile.

What I liked the most and found so restorative was the cold plunge tub. I would recommend this for anyone who is dealing with injuries or muscle tightness throughout the body.

Overall, I would recommend trying SweatHouz and will be back soon!

The girl at the front desk was so kind and knowledgeable! She made me feel comfortable right away and gave me all of the tips. I really appreciated her and wish I got her name to let y’all know that she was fabulous! Everything was clean, relaxing, and a totally indulgent treat. I left feeling like a pampered queen!

What did you like about your experience?

I loved the privacy of having our own suite. Easy to book and the employee (I think her name was Kenzie) answered all my questions while booking and gave us a quick and helpful tour of the facility. I liked that we could watch YouTube or just relax and talk, my partner and I. I couldn’t handle the cold plunge for longer than 30 seconds at a time, but it’s still fun to experience. I felt so relaxed and my skin felt supple at the end.

I loved everything. From the service I got on booking a date. The sauna, the vitamin c shower and cold plunge were amazing. My boyfriend and I left there feeling like great. We will definitely be back. It was a great experience.
