I liked the experience, everything was nice and liked the promotion. Everything looks clean, but the only thing I did notice was that the cold plunge bathtub was a little dirty. There were some hairs in the water, but was told that the water got filtered every 6 minutes. Hopefully the water gets drained and the tub gets cleaned and refilled.
Everyone was very welcoming and kind, everything was clean and I left feeling refreshed.
Daniel was extremely polite and gave us excellent overview, since it was our first time. The entire experience was even better than advertised. Can’t wait until the Bearden location opens!
Staff are friendly, wonderful pamper feel with recovery and very neat and clean suites. Can almost always book a time that works for me.

I loved the whole experience. From entering through the door to exiting. The sauna was amazing, the cold plunge was amazing and the vitamin C shower was the cherry on top.

During my experience, I enjoyed the true attention to detail put into the individual rooms at SweatHouz. I thought the hair ties and makeup remover wipes were super thoughtful! Overall, I left feeling healthier and happier!
