The facility was clean and the experience and staff were both great. Felt great afterwards, however the price point for membership, packages, or even standalone at $90 is way too much. The $35 intro fee where 2 people could go is close to the right price point. I wouldn’t pay anymore than $45 for 2 people for an hour.

Super relaxing! Came with soreness and stress left with total relaxation! Stay in the cold plunge for at least 5 minutes followed by 20 min of sauna! You won’t regret!
I loved the entire experience. From the time I walked in, the young lady at the front desk was very friendly, warm and knowledgeable. The privacy and design of the room was very calming. Everything in the suite had purpose, but was also aesthetically pleasing to the eye. I loved being able to control what I wanted to see and hear. The sauna was calming, the vitamin C shower was refreshing, and the cold plunge was challenging, but doable…and I felt so good afterwards. Being able to repeat each option as many times as I desired was also a plus. My entire body and mind thanks you! I needed this, and I will be coming back!

The whole experience was refreshing. Not only from the infrared sauna, cold plunge bath, and vitamin C shower that you expect, but down to the small details that make your time there seamless. Being able to leave ready for the day just takes one less stress away, making the whole experience spectacular
