You have a lovely location. Very cool vibe in the common areas with professional and knowledgeable staff. The suites were clean and very nice. This was my first visit at a contrast therapy spa. It was a nice break from the daily stress of life. I highly recommend SweatHouz Carmel.

From front desk greeting at check-in, to the quaint space for two that encompassed sauna, cold tub, shower and space to undress and dress. Atmosphere was calming, as well as clothe and water offered. I appreciate also the quickness and prep in the clean up of the space, once we exit, for the next client.
I truly enjoyed myself with my daughter.

Personal space and relaxing environment
It was more than I expected. The girl was very personable, friendly, and easy to talk to. Tried to sell her monthly membership without pushing it. My boyfriend and I felt very refreshed after and will be coming back soon.

Everything about it was just relaxing and amazing! I loved the amount of things were added to the experience like the cold compresses, complimentary water and hair dryer station. I also enjoyed the fact that we were able to connect our phone to the speakers and play our own music. It was just such a great experience and I would definitely do it again.
Everything worked together so well. From the sauna to the vitamin shower and finishing it off with a mighty cold plunge. 10/10 will definitely come back!
What an amazing and rejuvenating experience!! I walked out of Sweat House like a brand new. The staff were very pleasant and informative. SWTHZ, brilliant to make private suites which were very clean and cozy. The infrared sauna was perfect! I stretched and listened to worship music which was so relaxing. The cold plunge was amazing!! I can’t wait to do this again
Customer service was awesome. Very friendly and good vibes. The attention to details in the room was very noticeable. I could tell the color of the tiles was carefully chosen. Loved the layout of the room. And I’ve never even heard of a vitamin C shower. Going back for my next session the very next day.
