It was an incredible experience. However, the soap in the soap dispenser was watered down and the shower handle kept falling off. Other than that, it was amazing. The staff was great!

I liked the cold plunge tub. It was very large. And I like the infusion showers. I would prefer the infrared on top that way whole body gets it instead of just the sides.

The sign in and set up process was very quick and easy. The environment is relaxing and welcoming. The room is clean and private. The experience was energizing and restorative! I recommend everyone fully submerge!
