The process to check in was simple. The staff was friendly. The facility was very clean. And the experience left us feeling very relaxed. This was our first time so it was really nice having a private suite to move between the sauna, shower, and cold plunge at our own pace. This was definitely an experience we will recommend and repeat!

The explanation by cody was really helpful and informative since it was my first time trying this kind of experience. I loved it, felt so relaxed afterwards and was definitely what I needed while marathon training. I liked it so much I got a membership and already have 2 guests i will be bringing to check it out

I had a wonderful experience at the spa! Everything was exceptionally clean, and I especially enjoyed the sauna room and how thoughtfully the room was set up. The attention to detail in the design really stood out and created such a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere. The staff was extremely professional, welcoming, and friendly. I would absolutely recommend this spa to my friends and family and look forward to coming back!
Love it all! The private suite is fabulous and that I have a full 60 minutes to get the most out of my experience is great! The suites are clean and towels are provided! I also love the vitamin C shower which allows me to leave my experience completely ready for whatever is next. It’s also really nice that they provide hair dryers as well. Highly recommend!!
