I loved that Hope knew our names as soon as we walked through the door. I loved how easy it was to check in upon arrival. I thoroughly enjoyed how Hope gave us a tour of the facility, as it was our first time in the establishment. As someone who never experienced anything like a cold plunge before, I'm eager to go back & do it again.

This was my husband and I first time. It was relaxing and since he had a shoulder injury all 3 services helped. The music was great. We will rebook. Also will be booking for our daughter and son n law they would love this especially him with his football injuries. It was a new experience for us, you all should get a massage room in there now that would top it off.

The experience was great, the tv did keep disconnecting from the internet though which made it slightly less relaxing since our music kept cutting out.

Great experience! The suites were clean and had some cool features, including fun lighting and a/v setup. The staff was welcoming and shared tips for conquering the cold tub! Large clean towels were a plus too!
Jaylen was the best! She showed us around, explained our options, and was warm and welcoming
