I loved how the room was set up. It was organized and clean. The infrared sauna was very roomy. The ice plunge was the perfect size. I’m 6.1 and I couldn’t completely submerge. The Vitamin C shower was unreal.

Very friendly staff, clean facilities, and it was awesome to have a sauna/vitamin C shower/cold plunge within a 15 minute drive! And having a beauty station with Dyson products is a really nice touch! It was relaxing, I felt pampered and rejuvenated after my session!

My wife and I loved how easy the experience was. The facility was clean, and once we checked in, staff were kind and accommodating, but otherwise very respectful of our space. We will definitely come back. Wonderful experience.

I liked that there were plenty of towels and bags provided to put my sweaty clothes into. Since it was my first time I hadn't thought about that. The staff was really helpful in walking through the process.
