I felt really rejuvenated after it was all said and done. I think I could've relaxed more but was mainly because it was my first time and I was unsure of how to go about things but ended up relaxing. The cold plunge was challenging at first but once I was in it became pleasant

The entire experience start to finish was amazing. Kara greeted me and showed me around to all the facilities. She thoroughly explained how to do the sauna - shower - cold plunge. The suites are absolutely beautiful. This was the first time I had ever done contrast therapy, and I will be back.

today was my first time and I absolutely loved it. The room was very clean and set up very nicely and comfortably. Yesterday, I went in for a preview and Katie was absolutely wonderful. Today, I met up with Brianna and she was wonderful as well. Great customer service so far and a great experience. I will continue to come!
The private suites makes it easier to relax and focus on the contrast therapy. The staff are extremely warming and friendly.

Friendly staff, clean facilities, and overall experience was awesome! Left the SWTHZ and was so relaxed that I went to bed and had amazing sleep. Next day, I could feel an improvement in my muscle aches.
