The person at the front desk had such a good vibe and explained everything really well. I had a lot of fun being a first time cold plunge user. Also the YouTube premium in the sauna is a fun touch
Absolutely lovely experience! What stood out even more were the two young women at reception. Lately, it can feel like the younger generation lacks motivation or strong work ethic, but these two completely changed that perspective for me. They were kind, knowledgeable, energetic, and incredibly thoughtful. Not only was my own interaction with them wonderful, but while getting ready in the makeup area, I overheard several other positive interactions they had with incoming guests as well. It genuinely made me smile—it’s refreshing to see young people who care about their work, do it well, and seem happy to be there.
The only additional feedback I have is regarding the shampoo and conditioner. I’d highly recommend switching to products that are more suitable for curly hair types. Doing so would also create a more inclusive experience by being mindful of different hair textures. Unfortunately, the current shampoo left my hair feeling extremely dry and rough. There are many better options out there that work well for a wider range of hair types, such as OUAI.

I had an amazing experience! The sauna was incredible and super relaxing. The cold plunge was awesome—definitely a challenge, but worth it. The vitamin C shower was a great touch and left me feeling refreshed. Even the shampoo stood out—seriously amazing quality. Highly recommend checking this place out!

It had everything we needed in one private room! Sauna and cold plunge were great temperatures. Great experience and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend and come back.
It was a great experience, very relaxing. However, I wish there was a way to have a longer time to allow a full hour for the therapy and then add time for showering and getting dressed.
Also, while I will happily return and the place seemed clean overall, the red lights in the sauna were incredibly dusty. Something should be done about that.

This was my first time and I am so glad I did. The area was clean and the atmosphere serene and inviting. The experience was exhilarating and relaxing at the same time. Will definitely be back and am adding this experience to my monthly routine.

I can only try to explain how good this experience leaves you feeling when you leave. It is like your mind and body are both recharged and brimming with energy but deeply at peace at the same time. The earth just feels better when I meet it again outside. I crave the sauna and cold plunge now after hard days or long weeks. A 60 minute visit that takes care of my being the way a two week vacation does. Skeptics need to go. Those curious are already late. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment.
