Kind, thorough staff. Thoughtful complimentary items, can immerse yourself with your choice on the speakers, no rush on exiting while you finish putting yourself back together at the vanities along with the hair dryer and products. Love the idea of the vitamin shower. It was a very relaxing experience. Looking forward to going again 100%.

Loved how I felt after the session. My skin felt so soft and Ifelt energized.
I have complex PTSD, and there is something about this therapy that helps my nervous system calm down and relax my muscles.
Side note: I absolutely despise cold water, but if you can work through that initial shock, the healing begins internally. The sauna was amazing with the infrared lights, and the vitamin c shower makes your entire body so soft. My husband and I will be regulars here.
