I learned about this from a guy that I was dating. He was into the cold plunge movement. He is the one that told me about it in Farmington. I didn’t know what to expect. So I was glad that I went and tested it. I plan on coming back. I liked the sauna. The cold plunge is nice. I am not yet to that level. However I have lots of people that can do and do the cold plunge. I will definitely recommend this to them.

The staff is wonderful and very accommodating. The facility is always clean. I purchased the unlimited monthly and loved it so much I signed my husband up for the same. Great addition to the area.
Had THE best experience. Everything was so clean and organized. Staff was very informative and friendly. As soon as I came in I was able to fill up my bottle with their infused water and they had a cold wash cloth ready to go for the sauna. The 60 minute experience was so worth it. I loved it, even the cold plunge and the vitamin c shower was very nice to rinse off in between sessions. The body wash and shampoo/conditioner smelled amazing! Just can’t say enough good things about this place. I want to go back and take my husband. Highly recommend!

Staff is always nice and friendly. It's easy to book appointments on the app. There's usually a good amount of times a available. I wish there was a monthly pack for 3 sessions a month.
