The staff is so friendly, and really take the time to get to know everyone and their pups. Rocky is always excited to get into the toybox for daycare
Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, but it was not quite the facility I had expected and do not think I could leave my dog there for an extended period of time - the room was smaller then I expected, with not much space to run around. I was not comfortable with the dogs going to the washroom in the room (I realize room was well ventilated, and staff cleaned quickly).
Gunner was happy to spend time with you, so that makes me happy too.

We are new to Dogtopia, but so far everyone seems super nice. Our two dogs are very excited to play when we drop them off. The fact that they have someone available to come out to the car and get the dogs, is very impressive. My only concern is that it can get pretty crowded in the play rooms, which doesn't leave as much room to run around.
The Meet and Greet we had on Saturday was disappointing. The girl we spoke with seemed unsure of the process and wasn't very confident in what she was telling us. We were looking forward to seeing facility, how the day goes and potentially let her stay a few hours but none of that was offered. We were told that our dog passed all the tests, but she seemed a little shy so we could bring her in for a few half days on Saturdays. There was also no explanation to how the wellness programs work or what the benefits were to signing up for them.

I am always grateful for the staff's willingness to listen, as well as offer insight / ideas to help pets adjust and have a positive experience at Dogtopia, "How can we make time spent here better for you and your dog" is not a mere question, it is an open exchange of resources to help build relationships and meet the individual needs of each dog in their care. Placing my dog into the care of other people is stressful to me. She is 13 pounds of vulnerability. I deliver her to Dogtopia and leave without a second thought about her safely and/or mental wellbeing. Many thanks to Cindy and the Coaches for being such wonderful people.

Staff takes the time to listen and to listen about our worries the first day we dropped off our sweet furry friend. I know my sweet girl is happy and in good hands when we drop her off.
The service is amazing! Daisy loves coming to "playday" twice a week and playing with the pack! To my surprise, Daisy brought home two adorable photos of herself "smiling" that were taken during a couple of her visits! Proud to say my refrigerator has never looked better!
The grooming services are top notch, Daisy has had a bath and nail trimming, she came home looking so bright and healthy! (smelled nice too!) :) There are so many other services that DOGTOPIA offers and all of it is clearly explained on their website.
I highly recommend DOGTOPIA for your dog(s)!

After moving to Indianapolis from Los Angeles, I was looking for a daycare for Biscuit, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The customer service was exceptional, and the care they provided for my dog was top-notch. The communication was great, from the moment I dropped her off to when I picked her up, which made me feel at ease. Since this was our first experience with daycare services here, I can confidently say I won’t need to look anywhere else. I’m so pleased with the care and attention my dog received!

I brought my pup in for a temperament test. I was told this was free and he could stay until close. I was told once he passes then I can go online to view camera. Well those weren’t online and I messaged the phone. Over 1.5 hours no response regarding those. I asked for a tour and noticed that there are kennels along the walls and all dogs play inside the same room they sleep. Never seen outside for the dogs so they urinate and poop in the same area they play in and sleep in. The smell of urine was over whelming. I decided to check my dog and then was told I owe $20. I was told was free and so staff lied. Y’all ask $65 to board a dog 61lbs is outrageous considering y’all don’t have much for them to do. I will be letting ppl know about your place. Over priced and 25 dogs to one worker is a bit much.
You all made the process of boarding my boarding virgin 16 year old dog an absolute breeze! At times I even felt like it was TOO easy, like there would be a catch or something, but everything went off without a hitch. Plus the 50% of our first booking was what drew me in. Thanks!
My dog Avi loves the dogs. I like the that staff are professional and caring. i feel my pup is safe there. Dogs are tested for aggression prior to acceptance to Dogtopia.
I can't say enough about how wonderful Dogtopia is! Our dog, Ragnar, loves going there. We decided to dedicate two days a week to having fun because, like us, he needs to connect with others, and this place offers that.
The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. You can tell they love what they do, and it shows in the care they give each dog. Also, I appreciate the regular updates, the adorable photos, and the time they take to make unforgettable gifts that melt our hearts.
