The attention the animals get. Lots of interaction with the other animals plus the workers. You can tell the employees love their jobs. Facility is very clean. I like the structure they have. It is good for the doggies. Activities for the doggies are great. My furbaby will not go anywhere else but Dogtopia. Check them out, you will not be disappointed . đ€đ¶
Staff are very friendly and take good care of the dogs . Management are attentive to the clients' needs and keep us informed of upcoming events , concerns etc. The grooming services are great and they keep my guy looking good

I love my dog's groomer, Carrie. She takes her time with Sasha and always asks if there is anything else she can do for her. Sasha has been going to Carrie for years and still gets excited when she sees her. I have told several people that their dogs should see Carrie. She is one in a million.
Online management of passes
My dog is always excited to go & go back to the daycare room! Thatâs always a great sign!

Staff is always friendly and attentive to the dogs. Our dog is always happy to get groomed at Dogtopia and he comes home smelling and looking much better:)
Everything, the daycare is amazing with how they get to play, be loved on, and how they get to take naps during lunchtime and not get bothered. The spa is great with everything that is included you donât get that any where else. Also, the dog training with how it is very informative and Junior is one person that is great in training.
I like that the people at Dogtopia know who I am and who my dog is. When I drop off or pick up, I don't need to say who im picking up they know which dog is mine.
I also like the communication throughout the day, if needed they let me know if my dog got injured for any reason or send me updated on some photos.
The staff are remarkable, and incredibly caring. It shows everytime my furbaby visits, how excited she is to be there. More so, she says bye to everyone before she leaves, and sometimes fights to stay longer!

Something has changed at the Waco store. For years we have had great experiences there. Now it seems disorganized. Phone calls go unanswered, long lines form to drop dogs off in the morning, there is confusion with grooming appointment details, etc. The people who work there are still kind and respectful, but they are frazzled because things just aren't working as smoothly as they used to.
