Very understanding, compassionate and loves dogs
My dog was injured on his nose which we noticed on the car ride home. It had clearly been wiped with an attempt to clean it up. They did not disclose it to us. When I called them to ask about what happened they claimed they were not aware and Steve the worker we spoke to was dismissive and lacked empathy. We were not impressed with how it was handled. I’m not sure we will use them again. For the amount they charge, I was expecting a better more sympathetic response to my dog’s injury while in their care.
My dogs greeted me in a very happy way when I picked them up.. It's obvious to me that they were very well cared for at Dogtopia. I was so happy that my dogs ate properly. I was very concerned that my dogs wouldn't adjust well there, but they adjusted there very well. I'm extremely happy with the services provided by Dogtopia. Thank you so much to all of the staff.
Employees seem to really care about my dog and they take great care of him!

We love bringing our dog here! The staff are incredibly friendly and always make us feel welcome. They somehow remember my dog's name every visit, which is impressive given how many dogs they care for. I also really enjoy receiving the report cards and the grades from the skill competition days
I am always pleased and impressed with the care and attention MY GREAT DANE VERONICA receives. Veronica and I love Dogtopia Summerville. The photos and notes from her caretakers are very much appreciated.

The people/coaches are great! My dog enjoys going each morning and we’ve even done an overnight and he did great! I love that I can trust them to care for him and to also let me know if anything happens. I can tell he is happier now that he’s getting out and playing/interacting more with other people and dogs.
The webcam makes the entire day transparent. The staff are amazing! They are truly dog lovers and give my dog the care and attention that makes me feel like she's happy and safe. Highly recommend!!!
The staff was awesome. Managers were not there for the staff. My dog had two incidents at this location, which I am still waiting to be compensated for the second incident. To make things right is to hire dedicated managers to stop the revolving door of staff leaving. Reimbursement for incidents that occur. Vet bills are extremely high and out of pocket funding should not be pushed to pet parents when our pets are left in your care.
Amanda and her Team at North Hampton are FANTASTIC! Especially Sara, she’s one incredible member of the team- constantly going above and beyond our expectations. Our Teddy is so very happy and safe there, and I never have to worry about him there.
I followed Carrie from my previous place because she does such a good job with my doodle & my doodle loves her.

The staff are fantastic. Friendly with the humans and amazing with the 4-legged kids. I recommend Dogtopia Oro Valley every chance I get. My pup loves to go; she drags me in wagging her tail at full speed. She loves the activities that the coaches do with the pups and I love that there are options for special treats. But mostly I love that Dogtopia makes my puppy so happy!
I like that Donner feels so comfortable there. I trust Savannah, and respect her work ethic. I trust her team. Everyone is so kind and competent. Always happy to see Paul. I can always check on Donner on the live feeds, and he's always having fun!!

I like the different payment options and the unlimited plan. The staff are very knowledgeable about dogs and very friendly to both the people and the pets. When I drop my little Doxie off I am confident she is being very well taken care of. She comes home tired, meaning she got lots of play time and exercise, which is what I want for her.
My dog is very excited to arrive at drop off, and happy and tired when she comes home. All staff is pleasant and sweet to my dog.
