I like that you add games/enrichment to the daycare. Staff seems happy to see my pup and she's happy to go there. It's nice being able to have her groomed and washed at a place she already feels comfortable with and you do a great job. You are always willing to work with me and my pups needs
Same as last time, everything. Especially love the great local staff at the short pump location as well as the webcams that let us watch our pup!

It was my first day for my dog for daycare. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. I feel that. Yes my dog was well taken care of and the people at the place are very sweet and kind but I didn’t get a lot of feedback when I ask questions about how he did he just said he did good to find out answers things. I had to ask all the questions I thought I would get more of a detailed explanation even when I signed up, it seemed like I was doing all the questions and I did a lot of the talking. I guess I would just like more of a follow through or follow up.
Staff are great! The cameras are down frequently to not show my pet's activity.
The employees for the first half of the day were on their phone the entire time and looked like they hated being there. There was no interaction with the dogs which is a huge deal for a puppy that has never been there before. The employees as the second of if the day were ok but they were not taken outside the entire time. I understand that it was raining in and off but they still needed to go out instead of just going all over the floor whenever they felt like it.
I paid for a suite and my dog was put in a small kennel at nap time as well. I will never be bringing her there again and definitely not recommend anyone

The staff is so friendly and clearly loves what they do! My dog can’t wait to get there either… the second I sit down to put shoes on, she’s at the door!
My dogs come home very happy and tired. They have made new friends and are not left alone all day. I love hearing the snoring from the cough when we get home.
Great staff!! Carmen loves going there daily. I’ve boarded her for up to 2 weeks twice already, and she comes home happy and healthy! Can’t praise this place enough!
Absolutely amazing staff!!
Since we first started bringing our dogs, we have been treated like family. They know our dogs so well and it is so obvious that the staff enjoy spending time with them. We’ve used a lot of boarding kennels for our family pets in the past and honestly none compare to Dogtopia. I never feel guilty about taking a trip and needing to leave the dogs there because I know how well cared for they are and my dogs clearly enjoy going.
The staff at Dogtopia all seem really good to the dogs. They all seem to love dogs. Makes me happy to see them treat the dogs well.
The staff was amazing explaining everything to me. I have four other dogs and have had dogs in the past and never thought I would ever take any of my dogs to daycare. With Gizmo he is the smallest of the all my dogs and my other dogs are a lot older who just like to sleep and lay around. So a new dog with a ball of energy was a lot for them. With my crazy schedule it I knew that I had to do some thing to help my little baby burn some of this off. So the fact that you guys help with that and allow him to be a puppy with other dogs and allow him to make friends that has made me very happy. He is also getting a lot of exercise more than what i was able to give him wen I would get home and only give him 30 mins in the evening. SO thank you.
