Friendly faces, better working live stream, price consideration if a person has 2 dogs
I feel like the site is short staffed perhaps. Pick up takes awhile. Not because there are many people waiting on line, but because all staff are in the back. I also feel like there should be one more attendent in the back with the dogs. I realize you charge extra for more attention, but I'd like to see the attendents at least petting the dogs. Maybe my expectations are a bit high for the cost.

The person who checked Zuma in for his bath was nice. But I had sent an email asking a question weeks before the appointment and never received a response.
When we went to pick him up he was very thirsty. We asked for a bowl of water and it was brought to us. He drank thw whole bowl. They assured us that he was kept in a crate with a water bowl but there wasn't one when we got there. He was not fully dry and still had a lot of damp spots. He wasn't brushed either. Even for a free bath, I would have expected him to at least be blow dried but it didnt seem like that was done. Just air dry. And not even fully dried after he had been there from 12pm to 330pm. I guess we got what we paid for. Would not recommend.

Friendly staff, convenient scheduling through the app, and my dog absolutely loves going. She enjoys playing with the other dogs and getting attention from the staff all day, and always comes home tired. I also appreciate that you feed lunch, and do fun things each month like the photos or special seasonal treats.
