It’s convenient, the staff is always friendly to me and my pup. The dogs are able to play al day too instead of being in crates.
Our pup is always excited to go which is reason enough. But we also like the friendly staff and cleanliness and not having to worry about our pup when he’s there. Also enjoy being able to peak at him on the webcams.
My dog Sammy has always loved visiting Dogtopia Notth Overland Park. He plays with other dogs, enjoys interacting with the personnel and loves the snacks they serve upon request. They keep a very clean facility and love all the dogs. Everything you need is online. The owners make a point of getting to know all the dogs and their owners. I know my Sammy will always be safe and well loved.

My dog loves it there but I've never been comfortable with the fact that the dogs do not have a place to pee and poop other than the playrooms. The monitors are busy with cleaning constantly so they don't have the time to interact playfully with the dogs.

They work with you for r last request to bring my pet for daycare one a week so he can socialize with his friends..
Communication
Only second time this location. First time was good. This time I couldn’t get any feedback about how my dog did. I didn’t have camera access until second part of the day, because even though I was told I had access, I did not. Once I had access, i Was unable to see my dog which makes me think he was not actively engaged.
My dog, Sydney, absolutely loves going to Dogtopia and she gets some good energy out. I also love all of the adorable daily specials with the pictures and crafts. The Around the World month was so fun!

It feels great to leave my fur baby in such good hands. I know he is being loved and taken care of. Everyone there has been phenomenal. Dobby loves being there and that gives me such peace of mind.
The staff is friendly and caring, the facility is well maintained, and the environment is perfect for our dog.
Friendly and caring
My dogs were regularly visiting the daycare until winter. Last year the service and attention my dogs received was amazing. Due to weather and other unforeseen circumstances halted their visits. I have the opportunity to send them back but unfortunately I will only use boarding services until I can find a new suitable place. I dropped them off and an hour later I received a call that one of my dogs will not be able to return to daycare. She’s a pit bull and I understand the misconception of their breed but when she first started I was told they would work with her and they did! The results were amazing and she loved it there. Personally I don’t think she was not given enough time to adjust to the atmosphere and the staff washed their hands with her. She didn’t attack or harm anyone or become violent so I don’t understand how or why things changed, why no one was willing to give her a chance. I was super excited for her to go to a place where she could regularly exercise and play with dogs her size and bigger. Last year was amazing for her, she loved going to daycare! This time she knew the difference in treatment, this is the first time she’s come home sad and withdrawn after daycare. If I had other options I WOULD NOT use your services for boarding next month. I am highly disappointed not to mention the wasted money for the amount of visits on the books that I’ve already paid for that can’t be refunded or transferred to my other dog’s account. That’s what I get for clicking on an instagram ad.
Dogtopia Sun City have been providing Daycare , boarding and Spa Services to our Bichon Alex since the they opened in January 2024. We have recommended them to all of our dog friends, and anyone that is looking for outstanding care. We are very impressed with the entire staff, whom go that extra mile to take care of any of your needs and requests.
They always communicate with us , and show you and your pet the ultimate respect. If you ever have any concerns or questions, just ask them , they are always there for you .
We like all the monthly calendar events they have planned for your pet. They are very creative with all different holidays , and make sure your pet is involved and sends them home something special for you to enjoy.

Friendly caring staff, dog camera so you can check in whenever you would like. Our Finley loves to go.
They are all friendly and you can tell they love all the dogs that comes in and get to know them.
We like the personalized care. The staff at Dogtopia get to know your dog and it seems that they really enjoy what they do. It makes me super comfortable that my dog will be well taken care of and have a great day!
