Friendly staff and the groomer worked well with my dog.
Dogtopia Cedar Mill did an amazing job keeping us in the know of any updates as well as taking care of our dog during the holiday weekend. They really took full interest and wellbeing for my animal and it showed based on how she was interacting with the staff as we were picking her up. I would definitely be happy to bring her back.

Boarding packages to make it more affordable, for example 10 nights or 20 nights with a discount. They can be user separately and expire, but would give more flexibility.

I love the staff, I love the ease of pick up and drop off.
So far so great. The staff are very friendly- my westie baby loves it. I wish there was an outdoor play area and I wish I could still see him between 12-2 - other than that- love it and so thankful.
The dogs love to go see the coaches.

We highly recommend Dogtopia Clarksville. Grooming services are excellent!! My dog comes home super clean and smells great. Dropping our dog off for overnight stays makes our vacations worry free. The entire staff there take great care of our dog and are very professional.

The staff is always friendly and they are so good with my fur babies.
You can tell the staff love the dogs! They are always excited to see them. They always say hi to Mikah even though he doesn't like daycare. Mumble is always excited to go play with his friends at daycare. He talks about it all the way there in the car!
I like the flexibility to drop off and pick up Pita at my convenience. I think she'd be fine at home but I want her to meet new friends and socialize. I like the daily treats and activities. I'd only like more feedback on how she really acts.
There is lack of customer service. We had asked for management to reach out to us several times to get to the bottom of a situation that we were curious/worried about. We also had our plan on hold and got charged and never got a call back after several messages. The site is in a very convenient location but staff needs some training. Speaking with other parents learned that the dog smell issue is in general…. Even read in couple of reviews. Wondering if this is a sanitation issue that needs to be reported. I stopped at other dogtopias in the area and the site does not smell as strong as this one. Our fur baby goes to grooming and the next day he smells as if he had not been bathed in months.

This was my dog Luna's first time boarding and doing daycare at Dogtopia of Chester Springs. From my inital phone contact, to Luna's meet and greet, phone calls with questions and to see how Luna was doing, to pick up, all of the staff were so professional, helpful, friendly, and caring. I love that Dogtopia provides so many hours of play groups everyday, as well as other individualized services for the dogs. It was great that bedding was provided on request for her suite. Special touches like providing dogs with turkey meatballs at lunchtime if requested were above and beyond! Many thanks to the general manager Becky, as well as to Bailey and all of the staff there who are so enthusiastic about their work, so helpful, and really made Luna feel welcome!!
