My dog was in a cage well past the allotted time. When questioned why the associate had no idea why and didn’t find out. Additionally, hard to tell due to camera lag, but appeared that my dog was smacked. Won’t be returning.
Never going back because of my dog didn’t have have a bath when I picked her up and also yall don’t allow unspaded dogs

The staff is very good with the dogs. The pickup and drop off is convenient. My dog is excited to go.
My dog stared going once a week to get the zoomies out while a puppy and never left. It’s so wonderful to see his tail start wagging crazily when he first sees the staff before he gets a big “Hi Ozzie!,” followed by some of his favorite head scratches. Being able to check the live camera throughout the day helps me keep an eye on him or just being able to watch him play with all the other dogs. We have done overnight stays multiple times with our boy getting a bath and his nails trimmed before pick up, and I cannot recommend that option enough :)

Let pet owner know how there dog did on any given day. Not a log of what all happened, just a general "your dog seemed to have a rough morning" or "your dog wasn’t their usual playful self today- but once the treats came out…" Stuff like that. I don’t have time to check in on my pup throughout the day, but when I pick him up, it’d be nice to hear something from someone who spent even a few minutes with me dog that day.
I feel this way about Dogtopia and not the employees. If it wasn’t for their kindness and know-how, I don’t think I ever would’ve agreed enroll my dog at Dogtopia.

You really seem to know our pets. We like getting feedback about their day and behavior. We like the option for a snack and the snack variety. We have had family medical issues that have resulted in changes to our dogs schedules. Dogtopia is always supportive and flexible.

Harper is treated like she's part of a family at Dogtopia. Everyone there is so kind and making appointments there is so easy. We love Dogtopia!
We love Dogtopia Lafayette! They are kind and welcoming and communicative. Piper is a little timid and the humans are so patient and understanding with her. The environment they create in the daycare playrooms has allowed her to really come out of her shell and be more confident and independent! We love the peace of mind we get being able to board Piper as well- we know they understand her quirks and take great care of her while we are away. We are so grateful to have found yall!
All the staff are friendly and they seem to care about the dogs that are there. My dog is comfortable being there if it's a short overnight stay or a 4 or 5 day stay. I would recommend Dogtopia to anyone.
Dogtopia Team (Shadow Lake in Papillion) is the Best!
To see how excited my Dog Daisy gets when she is told going to see her friends. She can't wait to get out of the car and run inside and play. It makes me feel really good to see her so happy and to not have to worry. I can go on about my day knowing she is having fun with her friends and coaches. To know she is being well taken care of and that I can totally trust the team with my dog whether she is there for the day, getting spa treatments or boarding - Is a Great Feeling and Dogtopia Shadow Lake is Simply the Best!

LOVE YALL - My dog always leaves so tired so happy and so clean.
Longer hours on Saturday since the longest amount of time they can play would 5 hours and that is if they don't get put in the kennels during play time

It doesn't seem like all the dogs are rotated evenly in the kennels throughout the day
When creating a new contract - don't throw it on the pet parent when they are picking up their pet to complete right then and there. If it is a legal document then we should have time to review it and then be able to get a copy of it once completed. Not providing a copy of the signed document is not an acceptable business practice.
Frequently I see the employee more focused on the tv than the animals. Once there were multiple dogs who went potty and it wasn't noticed for over 40 minutes. Recently one of the newer employees was only putting down one bowl of water which could cause issues when multiple dogs are wanting it.
We were looking for something to help our active puppy and it turns out that Dogtopia is just what we were looking for. He comes home after a day of playing and settles down nicely. After just two visits they knew him by name when we walked in the door. Our interaction with employees has been extremely positive. So glad we found this.
