Care and friendliness
My dog, Otis, has difficulty with strangers typically, with really just one exception: he adores every staff member at Dogtopia New Rochelle. He doesn’t go very often (maybe a few times a month) but every time he does, the staff greets him warmly by name and he rushes toward them happily. It’s been great for us to have a place so close by that we know he loves and where we feel comfortable leaving him for the day or extended stays.
We loved the spa service offered as well as the web cameras. This allowed us to check in on our pup when we were missing him while we were away.
Best Dogtopia ever! Everyone here is fabulous. I love how flexible they are and that they have 30-day punch cards without any cumbersome membership. The "special days" and photo shots they do are amazing!
Our dogs are anxious to go there. We like the people there and the facility is nice and clean.
Very personal attention. Everyone is very cordial. This also extends to the care and concern for our dog, Ren. She loves Dogtopia
I appreciate the protocol of keeping small dogs separate from the large ones. I like the bright, open areas as opposed to dark kennels.
My suggestion would be to provide more areas for the dogs to be able to lay down on a surface other than the floor (not sure if there is a lot of that)

The staff is excellent. The facility is well run. My dog loves to go there. They make it very easy to drop off and pick up. I really like the flexibility of their hours. I love that my very social dog gets to have so much interaction with other dogs her size.
Our Bubby appeared to have a great time. We want to complement the entire staff for their commitment to assuring all the dogs have the best of care.

Seamus is greeted like he is the greatest dog ever to visit there. Of course he is, but it is nice others think so. And I am greeted by the friendly staff, always.
People are very accommodating I can watch my dog on webcam when she’s not out of site. Hours are verygood
We love the care with which you treat our pup! We also love that he gets so much play time and looks forward to going there every day.

Fantastic staff. Open play area for our dogs to socialize with other dogs. Fair pricing.
First off, it is very convenient for me, just 1.3 miles from home! The hours open very much fits my schedule. And last, but not least, the staff is wonderful, they are super friendly and responsive but more important they are so well trained and my dog seems to love the staff more than me, which could be a negative but I can live with it

My dog LOVES Dogtopia. I think he assumes they are part of our family. He loves going there, and he is always so happy and tired when he comes home. I feel good knowing he has a good place to be while I'm working. It's pricey, but I consider it worth every penny. It's an investment in his health and happiness.

I love that my dog is always happy to go for both daycare snd overnights. All of the employees are awesome!
It’s convenient, I don’t need to have a scheduled day, it’s clean and the dogs are separated by weight
very caring attendants . They are all aware of my concerns regarding one of my dogs who has IVDD, so they made sure that she only plays on a flat surface . Highly recommend Dogtopia !

Love that our dog is happy to go to Dogtopia and love that he doesn’t want to go home! Watching him play with other dogs is so much fun on the webcams. The creativity behind the birthday party (complete with goodie bags) to 4 the of July themed treats are just priceless! Thanks to the incredible staff for their love of the pups! It all shows in the results! A calm and rested puppy for 1.5 days after! Thank you!
